I am just going by what Leon Crozier, CEO of JLP said in a podcast a few months back. He spoke of small miners generally but obviously the two companies are connected.

The war in Ukraine, rising energy prices, China meltdown and rising US bond yields I think are the bigger issue. Just no volume and the odd sell causing the price to drift back. But have to admit, no news at Kamtivi is a concern as good news quickly comes out. I hope l am wrong. With the wet season starting in a few weeks I have already discounted Luansobe until next April.

I remember Peter Hambro discussing this years ago on an interview. He said they were encouraged to do it by the investment banks. Pump up a project, raise some cash etc etc. Made them lots of short term profits but has discredited AIM long term imho..

I go back to Julia Creek and the oil shale. Then lost with the Turkey oil debacle (all pre CB). A fellow investor on another board yesterday posted something like, a pessimist is an old investor with a lot of experience. AIM can be painful !.

The west part cluster A looks interesting. According to the RNS they now have a good interpretation of the geology and more recent research by the Chinese suggests there is more gold in the area than previously thought.

The copper price plummeting today so won't be a good time to announce production. Personally, was hoping for Kamativi news.

As an add on, l wonder what is Colins definition of "soon". I thought he mentioned in a recent podcast that the rig was on its way.

Colin did an interview on Zakstraferscafe today in relation to BZT. He commented on the fact that the majors are still demanding resources of 2 m/t plus.

He also covered the AIM frustration and funding issues.

I note that there is now general talk about giving PIs more of a chance to participate in secondary placings. RkH did that last year including warrants. Maybe it's something he could consider with his companies. Over the years the constant shafting of cheap placings with warrants has destroyed the credibility of AIM and wealth of private investors imho.

Going by Fig 1 we can see the problem is population growth and industrialisation. Assuming we are not going to cull populations, then surely we have to accept pollution/climate will be compromised until 2050. Persisting with a "third industrial revolution" in the west is exacerbating climate change ?

The Zambian Minister of Mines has done presentations recently and clearly explained why there has been delays. The main point being they will be done thoroughly and in chronological order. Frustrating but long term benefits everyone.

For the licences just google the Zambian mining ministry and their portal for mining licences. As you expand the map you can click on each licence for details. The XTR licence is right at the top of the bit sticking out into the DRC, then GLR and then AFP. Hope that helps but having a few beers.

Shouldn't you be posting that in Chinese on a Chinese bulletin board ?. Check out their increase in carbon emissions , using dirty coal, to make your lovely "green" cars and solar panels. We let Russia and China take control of social media and are destroying ourselves for their benefit. But be positive, nuclear war will solve the climate problem so just relax.
