wouldn't luansobe be plus 2% once concentrated ?. jlp are mainly concerned in reprocessing the massive **** heaps at mopani etc ie low grade so need the rom for grade control ?.

I thought there was plenty to like in the JLP RNS for both them and us. The success in processing mixed and weathered ore in Zambia has been something Colin has spoken about for a while. Now it has been confirmed in a RNS. Surprised at the lack of reaction at JLP, which l hold, but such are the current markets.

It has outperformed AIM and the FTSE 100 over a 5 and 1 year period.

Obviously volatile like any AIM/explorer and every project carries the usual exploration risk. But cashed up, so better placed than most to withstand market volatility. And lithium currently "sexy". In a worst case "end of world" scenario the gold potential won't do any harm. IMHO etc etc.

I bet the market makers weren't happy having to leave the beach to complete your £2 order !. So so quiet at the moment.

The nickel is a bit the lithium at Kamtivi. You already have the Bindura nickel in the area (an expensive investment disaster for me), so finding nickel shouldn't be a surprise. I am not sure if they ever completed the nickel refinery at Bindura but they had a smelter so any find would be welcome for them.

Big choice to choose from for the next RNS. I will play devil's advocate and say none of those and instead the Zim gold play. Must be due news soon on that project.

Given the deteriorating economic environment, rising bond yields and poor market sentiment, hard to justify any urgency to get into production. I would rather focus on Kamativi and low cost exploration as the lithium will attract buyers regardless of market conditions.

Now that a lithium discovery has been announced, is there any reason for Colin to update the market until drilling has finished and assays are back ?. Normally a "pump" is needed to raise funds but in this case we are fully funded. Any thoughts ?.

It would be nice to attract new investors. Has held up well on a down day and looks itching to break out of that 5 year downtrend line.

$10 billion. That's a big investment !. Plenty going on in the background. But the situation in China/Russia and rising global bond prices dictating prices at the moment it seems. The only consolation is we are cashed up for the next 18 months whilst most explorers are cash short.
