Not to knock the promo.. I was interested to hear them say they may even go it alone on Merlin 2 if needed…

They can make a promo video but don’t have time to update the Capital Structure on the website.. last updated 21st May 2021… hmmmm I wonder why?.. will be interesting to see when they finally get around to it what DW’s holding is, knowing the effect it may have one way or the other….

Kind of my thoughts in the post i wrote recently, regards mid 2022 onwards. Hopefully some news to accompany the interims on the 28th.

On a different note the LTIP could become the STIP (short term investment plan) for TCW & MF at this rate, & i’m all for that, pretty sure it has to hold circa £2.36 for 6 months for it to be awarded. Also not 100% sure on numbers but think TCW’s shares are worth circa £14-15 million at these levels so maybe time for the slippers as you say…

Oddly enough last week prior to this youtube clip, I was thinking about where Serica go from here in terms of growth (more so 2022) & what will be the catalysts?? 1st Jan a very big milestone will be achieved which by now we’re all aware of, then next year North Eigg exploration drill, with potential partners (thanks to Newkotb for finding that info!) but what next to keep momentum going? Serica must have forward thinking plans & something must be in the pipeline for future growth….

Prior to the recent deal & assuming the webinar is in relation to the deal being signed off etc I have generally had the thought it’s the wrong direction to be going & was more than frustrated at the 1Dyas deal not going through & a total u-turn on what was trying to be achieved….. however with the current energy ‘crisis’ hitting the headlines & Nat Gas prices soaring i’ve seen a few tweets etc that caught my eye .. the Biomass market provides 5.2% of daily electricity supply & I’ve seen higher percentage days recently, whilst surprisingly your solar & windfarms pretty much no contribution at the same time. The biomass has been a solid provider, I know Scir need to upscale but could this first deal just be the start… i’m more positive now than when the deal was announced …

When is the ex-dividend date? I’ve read through the interim results & the dividend section but not seen ex-dividend date or payment date, am I missing reading it?

At what price would you consider good on a pullback? the peak of the old rise pre this last move - circa low 160's... Personally I was hoping we would of moved into the 180's range but with this latest move I was thinking similar on adding...
