Serica’s PR team must be busy this morning or slacking… no official Tweets from them, you’d of thought this news would of been lined up to of been out from them first thing this morning!!

First production from the well was achieved on 23 August and since then work has continued to optimise production rates from the Bruce, Keith and Rhum fields.

In the last seven days, gross Rhum production has averaged over 190mmcsf/d of gas and 1,400bbl/d of condensate. This equates to an average gross production in excess of 34,000boe/d for the Rhum field.

Thanks Sasa, I can confirm normally a very prompt turnaround in replies, I can also confirm I had the surprise pleasure of speaking to Mitch early part of last year to save him time in answering by email.. so if a mobile number you don’t recognise calls you, be ready. In hindsight I would of asked him a whole lot more at the time if i’d of been expecting it…. for anyone interested it related to how the company communicated news & was getting the message out there…. say no more!

From the RNS, both holes where at -80degs so pretty much not far off the straight down, both facing east-northeast, both from previous drill pads from first two holes drilled.
Both encountered two copper mineralised zones.

Would be good if they included a link to a pdf showing drill locations etc when they RNS drill completions etc..
