Whilst I agree with your sentiment, I can’t agree with it being a Friday! ;)

Opportunity missed by Mitch to really promote the ending of BKR deal, strongest months ever financially etc etc I’d hope but doubt a Proactive Investors interview would be on the cards … in fact zero chance… I doubt the Ops update will even make their twitter feed..

My initial thought reading through his history, was this guy has been brought in to broker a deal, arrange finance etc.. time will tell…

I should add just my thoughts regards the green synergies mentioning BP, but can see this happening more & more going forward for companies, bolting on off shore wind farms etc AXA looking to hold companies with green plans.
Just made me read between the lines with his appointment, but also a lot more to read between the lines with his history also.

Interesting appointment this morning, a lot to look into with this one, a brief read shows the guys history is impressive, points to me to something can’t be to far away happening. Also of interest is his latest business :

David also co founded Talaria Technology in 2021 which provides smart sensors focussed on assisting offshore wind energy and carbon storage companies to reduce cost, improve performance and expand faster. BP et all are looking at going green with energy production, why not the likes of Serica ..

I’m dissatisfied the announcement states payment to the contractor in shares etc but doesn’t go as far as naming the contractor, you need to read the follow up announcement to see the contractor is Elko… no surprise there! A company run by our very own Erik Opstad, that’s if he’s still general manager for 88e Alaska?? surely a lot of what’s mentioned he’s being paid for as a contractor he’d be doing as his roll as general manager ….

Malcy is referring to the current gas price per therm or when he wrote the article.. currently 232p per them Dec contracts.

The share price is off the top from when gas prices peaked on October 3rd at 301p but today’s price is still a more than handsome 228p and rest assured Serica is doing very well indeed and I’m sure will remain on the upcoming renewal of the Bucket List…
