Ok Poker.

We all know the shareholders come last with them, nothing new there and you've just put your own spin on the post like you do with most of them- I have never asked to be put first.

I have never said the share needs to be at £1.50 or £2 or anything else and I know it takes time.

I have complained purely about the reporting structure which is the whole purpose of having a investor relations and yes I knew when I invested that they report every year in late Feb early Jan however with this management it has been a whole fiasco full of lies and bad decisions since they have taken over.

It all looks exactly like a AIM stock..maybe that's where they belong.

I think you might be the only one defending them which you are entitled to however we all have the facts do far and they all point to a poor management-correct me if I am wrong.

Poker I don’t know if you have big amount invested here, your lunch money or nothing at all however for some of us to which this stock represents a good portion of our total holdings, it’s a bit worrying.

In every year except last year when they’ve had accounting issues the results would have been published by now or at least a date for them.

They are behaving like the listing is on AIM and this is not how a ftse 250 should report.

Anyway….we all learned on our own skin how the morons at Mobico comunicate.

We’ve been hearing that this will be £2 in the next 12 months for 3 years now while this unqualified, useless management cannot even release an earnings day 3 month into the new year.

Their attitude towards the shareholders has been appalling and I know we cannot do much however it would be nice if somehow they could get the same in return.

Yes I still think it will be taken private before results actually start being good.

We were all glad when Cosmens bought 30% of this crap however I do not think that was a good think after all.

In my opinion Kevin has been brought on board as they will try to get into the english channel contract once the Cosmens take over completely.

And I again think the NA sale will go through after they take over…sale NA, pay all the debt, refocus uk on rail maybe and get rid of Germany eventually.

If they succeed Alsa plus English Channel rail will be a money printing beast.

We will be shafted as PI as the offer will be low.

i was right when i said this will go to 76p.

i closed my short however if it does not hold this support level i will short again at 74p.

i only made money on this when shorting....maybe that is the way.

I had to diversify hence owning a company in the transport industry and as it turns out I picked the worst one and I am not selling because I think I will be able to sell without insuring a loss.

Well if they were holding money back for small acquisitions how come they borrowed more acquiring Canary Bus???

I know they have to hold money back....why give a dividend instead of buying some of the shares back???. we are talking 10%.

Yes share price doesn't matter at first when you have a health crisis on your hand but it should matter after 4 years in the gutter don't you think???

If it doesn't matter then don't be public company anymore as it mattered when they needed more money and they diluted everyone to get the company to a safe place.

A lot of companies dealt with the similar issues and came on top. examples: card factory, greencore, FGP and so on but they all took decisive actions at the right time.

Do you really think its a coincidence that the share price was close to all time low exactly when the CEO was awarded his undeserved big fat bonus or when the new CFO got 1mil shares??

They could have issued a small share buy back at 46 to support the share price a bit.use 10% of cash on the books to take 10% of shares of the market- 1 example and there are many other thinks they could have done.

What I am trying to say is that this company is being run poorly so far anyway.

Poker I think they will make progress in the sense that they will move from a loss making to breakeven at best.

I don't think they will ever turn Germany into a profit making division.

Uk is a similar case.....maybe a tiny profit.

I think they tried to extend their footprint like any company who wants to get bigger but this proves bigger is not always better.

Increasing revenue is pointless if nothing goes to the bottom line, it looks good on paper but that it.
