I think they acquire everything around Alsa and only Alsa.

They problaby want to own all the Spanish transport infrastructure and expand into Portugal as well and maybe because all the profit is in that region.

Well you would buy more if your plan is to own the whole company.

At this point even the premium on the shares won't be to high when the management tells people they won't recover for the next 2 years on a big part of the business.

They are not going BK, interest payments are covered easily.

Even if Cosmens wanted to buy more there is hardly any free float left and you create free float with a bit of panic sale.

The last few weeks the volume was anaemic and they need some funds to sale in order for them to be able to buy the quantity they want.

Fall on results and after for a while, Cosmens increasing , bid incoming before half year results around 110p I would say.

They sell NA themselves and recoup most of they spent.

I still think this will get taken out as Alsa is a cash machine and Cosmens really want it.

Buy it as a whole, sell NA, franchise UK and maybe exit Germany all togheter.

It will not in my opinion as revenue its increasing and as soon as margin recovers there will be enough cash flow left to manage the debt and pay some of it down as well.

They don't have an issue paying the interest as we speak and if margin recovers which it will IMO there will be cash left over to repay some of it.

That's why I am saying they are decent results.

People who bought for a blowout result will sale this am and we can move forward after that.
