Always baffles me how a company can say we are worth this much and a year latter they can come out and say that we are worth a quarter now even though we have told all the way that we are improving...WTF

I made the mistake and I own it however you cannot dispute that what they have done today announcing results a day after they established a results day is borderline criminal if there is a bid hypothetically close after can be classed as market manipulation.

And in a way the 180 degree turn in your opinion after one set of partial results looks fishy to but hey....what do I know.

They can be sued under Section 994 of the Companies Act 2006.

I don't know how far will it get but maybe start an enquiry and at least challenge the fact that they have mislead the shareholders in regards with the results timing.

Because they haven't sold it, they've gifted it..:)

It is priced for bankruptcy now and in a way they deserve it.

It's not gonna happen as Cosmen's hold to many shares at a much higher price.

Any offer now will be so low that it will not be worth it for few of us who bought 3 years ago so I would much prefer to wait a couple of years and see if they can improve.

Poker the fact that a lot of companies in the same industry have managed to mitigate most of the headwinds proves that the Mobico management has been appalling.

They all had to deal with the same macro environment and the difference was in execution.

Cosmen's bought on the open market for months at a much higher price and they can just come and offer 70p now and everyone will be happy.... :))

Will be fun if news of an offer by the Cosmen's comes over the weekend and I know it seems farfetched it just been an idea of a fellow investor hence the announcement today instead of Tuesday.

Everything is possible with this one.

In my opinion they won't go bust and there will not be a rights issue either as no one will go for that.

If they ever recover it will be a long and slow process however again by the time they will very profitable this will not be a public company anymore.

I could bet that things are exactly how Cosmen's wanted them to be and the result will be favourable to them at the cost of the shareholders.
