The selling is creating a “relevant merger situation“ is what is interesting.

What baffles me is how can a company like Kier can keep going up and Capita has not moved at all.
I am a big holder and I do not intend to sell any until my target is reached however I can understand how this share can be very frustrating.

I think they will have a trading statement in June and if not it will have to be the half year results which is around 2-3months away. We should have some positive announcements by August as I will be really concerned if not.
Remember that the stock market is a future discounting mechanism and as soon as we get some good results everything should follow and by everything I mean dept restructuring, disposals, winning a few big contracts.
We will have to wait and see.
Until then I wish all good luck and lets hope they deliver this time.

Don’t get your hopes up with the AGM on Tuesday.
Nothing really happens at this meeting. The only meetings that can actually move the share price are the EGM however we do not have one of those next week.

I think it’s a bit hard to predict due to a few reasons however I hope we will be a lot higher then this levels.
I am just surprised they haven’t restructured the dept yet as borrowing is at record low levels as Card and Tullow have done already. I suppose they are managed better.
It all depends on the news.
If they restructure the dept and sell some of the business and win some good contracts I will assume around 90p or even higher but again I do not want to ramp.
Lets hope they actually start to improve in all areas soon.
I think patience is key however there is always a chance of being wrong.

There is one think they have to rush with in my opinion and that is the dept restructuring.
The interest rates are very low now which makes it an ideal time to do so. I think the interest rates will start to increase now as well as the inflation and in my opinion they should tackle that first.
They are very slow in actually doing something positive which is a bit frustrating however I still think they will manage to turn this around.

I’m happy to wait 1 year for that price. I will even wait 3 years however I think it will happen sooner.
I base that on the fact that 90% of the shares are owned by institutions, restructuring of the company, restructuring the dept, organic growth and cash flow.
As stated before I will exit at 1.28 so even if it goes higher I will not be in anymore. I hope it will go higher for all the ones who will be invested.

90.5% of Capita shares are owned by Institutions.
I think that is quite a large percentage.
At the right time this share will re-rate. I do not know how long that will take however I have been in for over 1year now and my plan was for a maximum of 3 years unless my target is hit.
It’s a long and slow play however I am happy to add whenever I can as I do believe it will pay off long term.

It just went up 8% for a few seconds....something is going up.

It’s a bit strange what is happening with capita here.
The recent developments and how the share price reacts and considering the PI only hold around 20-25% of the shares I think a takeover would be on the cards.
I know it has been speculated in the past and in no way I am trying to ramp up is just my view and that’s why I am adding more however DYOR.

It’s hard to understand what is happening with this share however I’m still very bullish long term.
Even with the type of trades today, you can tell that something is going on in the back ground.
Still holding strong and I will add as many times possible as long as we are under 51.

We don’t know how the market will react.
I have seen good results and bad reaction and vice versa.
Lets hope is a good reaction.

It’s funny how some are saying the shorts have increased. 0.10 increase vs 4.5 decrease in a short amount of time :))
