I don’t know why it keeps going down however if we don’t have any news it’s going one way unfortunately.
Long term play I am looking forward for the price action between august and December and obviously full year in 22. Lets hope for the best.

That was a total package of 400mil from what I remember.

They got around 300 mil and it was another 45 once the approval goes through and they were taking the 50mil dept commitments I think.

If they’ve made savings of 50mil a year that kinda fills the void left By selling the ESS plus they have a lot of cash.

Here is why I invested in Capita:
1. Compound annual growth for the sector of 8%.
2. Strong presence in the SME sector
3. 700 mil in cash and increasing.
4. Cheap borrowing- perfect time to restructure the debt.
5. Restructuring of the entire company- focus on private sector and obtaining higher margins( still to be proven)
6. Long term contracts
7. Savings of 50 mil a year
8. Priced very low comparing with their peers.
9. High institutional investors holding and increasing

Now after you google a few thinks please feel free to bring arguments.

Of course there is no proof yet of double digit contracts that’s why we are buying Capita share for 37p. If there was proof it will be a lot higher.

The ducks were in a row the reply was confusing.
Why are you guys are always attacking a person who is positive on the stock, you have done it with eatstocks and then with know.
You definitely do not want anyone bullish on this stock posting.
By all means post your view however stop referring to the same poster every single time.

Eatstocks stop paying attention to them.
They are entitled to their opinion that doesn’t mean they are right.
We have a different view on this stock..
They are posting every day and I don’t think they are trying to save peoples money out of the goodness of their hearts.
