I do say it’s a frustrating share however I keep adding more and more.
For me it got to a point that I will either double my investment or go to nothing which is very unlikely.
Maybe we will find out more in November with the trading update.

I haven’t posted here in a long time.
Still holding strong however I think this is the most frustrating share I have ever held.
1.5 years with 25% profit to show for is really bad considering how the market reacted along the year.
Any other share I would have chosen would have doubled in this period of time.
I am just gonna hold until this double however I wish I would have picked a different share.

It’s a good think they have turned down the 400 mil.
There is no point if the profit margin is not there.
The contracts will come and the market will react better for that reason.

We might even see some upgrades over the weekend from brokers.

The most impressive for me is that they maintain revenue even after disposals and profit and margins are increasing and dept is going down and has been restructured.

Most of the selling it’s done by the MM at the moment.
A lot of thinks do not make any sense at the moment and that’s why I am staying long no matter what the results are tomorrow.

Cane there is not much left to buy for a fund as institutional investors are at 96% and capita has 2% for employees.
Around 30 mil shares out of which PI have some.
I just don’t know where are they buying from if none are selling.

Yes...long term is the only way with this share.
I am more interested in what they will report than the price action.
If the report is decent the price will follow and I hope the full year results in 2022 will be what we expect them to be.

Half will not be great however not bad either.
The full year in March 2022 will be really good in my opinion.

Yes, strange indeed.
It might be that the half year results are not what everyone is expecting and they are trying to show that something good it’s happening.
If that is the case then this management is keep promising however always under deliver.
I hope that is not the case.
You never know with Capita as they don’t really care about the PI.

It’s unbelievable how many uk ftse250 companies are being bought out.
I am amazed by the lack of action to stop this.

If we don’t go below 34p the uptrend should carry on based on EW.

And on top of that the payment for the pension deficit this year is only 4m compared with around 50 mil what was paid in the past 3 years give or take.
The current share price just doesn’t make sense.

I think the fear of someone offloading is a bit unfounded.
Funds are selling shares all the time even at a loss.
Don’t forget that they had 689mil in cash at 17th of June plus the 228mil received recently.
Plus the sells are being absorbed with institutional ownership now at 96.1% which is more than any other share I am invested in.
Everyone has a different way of analysing a share however for me this one is a hold even if Half year report is not exactly what everyone is expecting.
With more than enough money to repay the short term debt obligations and hopefully refinancing for the rest I think they are in a good position.
All I would like to see is double digits profit margins.
Lets hope for the best.
