Please dont shoot me down. But 3p seems to be the holding price based on investors expectations of the deal price offered, (sorry should have said IF the deal comes through) And before you do shoot me down, just ask yourself, would you be buying at this price??

Well said... I didnt get out on the first round, being greedy, and was looking at a 50% loss.. So was glad when it started again, and then got out with a 50% profit...

Might be a good day for these, if the pre budget report brings alot of projects forward to help the trade ... as suspected..

As i said on the 6th Nov, once a company has a bad announcement like this, the price will only go one way.. Until the whole building industry picks up.. Just wait for the next update... and then get in when it's at the real low..

I was using TW share price as an example... I know they are not the same.. All I was trying to say was, when Tw had a bad annoucemnt they went down heavy, everybody thought it was cheap and jumped in... Only for it to fall even more... On concerns the core business is at a all time low.. GL on this though.

I'm sure they will increase, like all other companies in this industry they are low... I'm not saying you will not reap the reward of a punt, GL ... This is not for me though at this price.. I'm already in with TW. for the same reasons as you mentioned and hope to reap the rewards, but I know it will be long term in this market. Everyone thought TW. price was low at 33p.. But when it went below 9p that was the time to catch it..

Just pointing out the "social housing operations from both private and public sector clients" point, so tehy are involved?? Other builders rely on this curently to make sites worth while? So I would of thought they are in the same boat..
