I read it as Total shares = 453,276,674 Crest total shares = 317,300,000 which equals 70%

Are you taking into account this: Following this issue of equity, Creat Group's shareholding in the Company will increase to 317,300,000 ordinary shares with voting rights representing an increase from 6.2% to 70.0% of the entire issued share capital of the Company. As such, the interest of the existing shareholders will be significantly reduced from 93.8% to 30% of the entire share capital. The total issued share capital in the Company following the issue of shares to the Creat Group will be 453,276,674 ordinary shares with voting rights and the Subscription Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Subscription Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will become effective and that trading in the Placing Shares will commence on or around 2nd January 2009.

You do like to play with the companies that are tinkering on the edge, and in these market conditions it is a risky game.. Can you explain to the posters here what the consequences are if IMSG does delist from the AIM.. I'm not having a pop at you and if you want to take the risk then it's your call, but it seems allot of posters are buying in without doing any research.. Just hope they are riding the wave and know when to jump off with profit..

Bit too much of a gamble on this one for me.. You are betting on the result of the EGM on the 15th Jan.. The high prices was in a good market, this market is very different. GL to any one who wants to take a risk..

Reads to me that SRB needed the SP to be above the PAR level to raise the required finance, so the news of a sale of the mine etc. was in a effort to get the SP at that level.. Now this did not work, the next option (or only option left) is to dilute the share value, and offer deferred shares "Each issued Ordinary Share will be sub-divided and reclassified into one New Ordinary Share of 0.5 pence and one Deferred Share of 9.5 pence" "The Deferred Shares created on the Share Capital Reorganisation becoming effective will have no voting or dividend rights and, on a return of capital, the right only to receive the amount paid up thereon after the holders of New Ordinary Shares have received the aggregate amount paid up thereon plus 100 per New Ordinary Share. They will in effect be valueless."

Sweetener supplier PureCircle said its high purity Rebaudioside A product has cleared a regulatory hurdle in the US. The US Food and Drug adinistration (FDA) has issued a “no objection letter” relating to Rebaudioside A (Reb A), thus indicating that Reb A, at minimum specification of 95% has acquired the official status of “Generally Regarded As Safe” (GRAS) among qualified experts for use in food, drinks and table-top sweeteners. PureCircle said the decision cleared the way for Reb A to be used as a key ingredient in mainstream food and drink production in the USA. “The importance of GRAS status for high-purity Reb A cannot be overstated, this marks the opening of the largest market for Reb A,” said the company’s chief executive, Magomet Malsagov. “Food and drink manufacturers will now be able to use it as a sweetener ingredient - either as a complement to sugar or as a healthy substitute for synthetic sweeteners - across their entire product ranges,” Malsagov added. PureCircle is already the world’s leading supplier of Reb A and has an additional 50,000 mega-tonnes of leaf extraction capacity coming online in March 2009.
