Im afraid you may be right. Was hoping after seing Sanderson Asset Management Ltd increase their holding that the div would be cut by the same amount as the fall in profit but alas HRG manage to go the wrong way down a one way street once again. Yep pour money away on consultants and do your best to make this uninvestable.

Even if the div is halved as is being suggested this is still a good return. Im sure some people still want to order stuff and go pick it up. My last three internet delivery purchases were poor, One got lost and came a week later, another came a week late and was damaged and the third came on the wrong day. We are going to be paying people to wait in for our deliveries before too long, so is it really so convenient. A lot of people have deliveries to work, so how long before companies start to object to paying their stores guys to deliver staff stuff.

With results out on the 2nd I think and an improvement in the retail sector we may get some better news than expected here, hence the price holding above £1. Still think this is solid long term. GL

Last thing you need is tips from me :) but there may still be a few quid to be made here if you trade on the dips. Still a good prospect long term IMO. Gl.

What would the investors here like to see HRG do in refeference to the stores and the way forward? I still think that while they are making money then why close. It seems that all the brokers think the amazon model is the only way, but then what happens to the high street. I ordered something off fleebay on Monday, was supposed to come on Wednesday, still not arrived. The carrier has had a problem. Just great!

I bought more at 37p on Thurs. Thought Id dropped a clanger when they dropped to 35.5p but they have pulled back a little. I agree that these are a good investment share! GL
