There’s as much chance of a cash funded JV as there is not. There’s as much chance of a suspension too.

I’m very cautious here right now as I could miss out either way

Bonds will keep being issued so SP will be u Dee pressure to fall.

However the counter balance is that they will likely suspend once the JV is announced and come back orderly at a much higher SP.

So there’s your gamble… when to buy in? Buy now it might still fall on the next bond conversion. Buy later and it could be a totally different company all together

For holders suspension is always best.

If you’re posting against suspension I’m confident you’re not in it or short.

If you’re invested and holding, suspension is always the best option as whenever you come out the SP is significantly higher.

However if you’re not invested then you miss the first boat.

If you’re short then it’s absolute destruction of your position and very very expensive.

Take your position and argue accordingly. (I’ll currently miss the boat)
