So if Copl keep the money from the JV and go for production increase then how long does that take before Anavio can actually recoup a decent cash return for their shares?

They’ve got a hell of a lot to try to sell as a % of the company and what will they even be able to recoup?

Is that the scenario you think will play out? JV happens and Copl will not offer to buy them out? So Anavio converts and tries to sell the shares over a long long period of time to try to find enough buyers to take that massive chunk?

Or do you think they’ll hold and wait for a pay off when a take over happens?

Feels like on both of those scenarios the PI holders eventually win as

1. Production is booming thanks to the JV and cash flow being positive enough to allow them to sell over time (dripping slowly from Anavio to PI) once cleared SP roses dramatically.

2. Anavio convert as Major energy company makes a massive offer to buy Copl based on the booked reserves from Shannon and now CC JV production.

In that case Anavio take 51% of massive SP and LTH take a nice win

My post this morning was like catnip to the shorters. Absolutely panicking that this is going to be a company that has a strong future.

Remind me again why the bond holders would want to convert all their bonds and warrants?

They would then have an enormous amount of shares with which to get their cash out they would have to sell on the open market?

What would that do to the SP? Look at what happened the last time they started dumping a fraction of the shares, the SP tanked.

So if Copl paid them the agreed rate of 2.6p a share and stopped the dilution, would that not give them more money than trying to sell the same number of shares on the open market? Also everyone would know they had the shares to dispose of so where would the buyers come from?

So given the notice period to convert that you’re so pleased to announce, tell me exactly why they would do that and not take the cash?

FF the offer would not be made to Anavio it would be made to Copl. Anavio are not current shareholders so could not vote on the offer.

Hearing the offer then choosing to attempt to convert their bonds would be insider trading - they are acting on privileged information.

Therefore they either need to convert 51% first which is not possible as that is the fully diluted position reliant on certain metrics plus they’d have to offer to acquire the company from the shareholders before they could sell to JV Co.

Why are you peddling the untruth that Anavio can make the decision on any take over when they can’t?

So basically Copl could offer the predetermined amount plus a bonus to stop dilution.

If Anavio didn’t take it, they would have to try to recoup more money than Copl offer whilst trying to find buyers for a massive amount of shares and fighting against shorters knowing that was their dilemma.

Suggests that it isn’t in Anavio interest to convert as there’s no guarantee the market will let them get the price they want with the prior knowledge of their massive share holding.

I don’t believe the full dilution scenario can ever happen.

Also if Anavio are happy to take an offer of 5p as FF suggests why wouldn’t they accept that from Copl to buy back their bonds and warrants when the JV cash is confirmed up?

Might not see any further dilution if the deal is good enough?

So Anavio have potentially 51%?

The bonds are clear and can be converted at the public states price.

How about the warrants? Normal warrants kick in when the SP reaches a certain price. So what price are Anavios warrants? Are they all now set at 2.6p?

If Art who is negotiating the deal with JV Co, puts an offer forward Anavio would have to convert the lot to be able to make the decision.

Doc. They are deep on negotiation for the JV and a letter of intent has been signed by both parties.

If it wasn’t to happen they are bound by rules to announce to the market that this was over. Likewise once completed.

It’s a matter of time.

Have many individual shareholders do you think Copl actually have?

How many emails do you think the CEO receives per day from shareholders?

Do you think he prioritises larger shareholders (they have a copy of the shareholder register) or ignores all?

If you knew it was not going to be a $billion company and that breakeven was 2000 barrels then why did you hold Pilot? Why did you not just short it?

Well Pilot when you’re short I guess you have to repeat that negative message over and over and over again?

It’s the only way to make money in this market. Keep hitting the bb hard with negativity and drive the sentiment and SP down.

Always cheers me when WOS starts his crazy ramping on here. I set my buy order for below 2.7 and left it to ride. Normally when he is pushing hard I get my buy. When he goes quiet I get my sale.

Anybody seen the UPL offer this morning at 14p per share, that their board rejected. Just shows that offers have no correlation to the current SP but are in fact based on valuation of assets and potential.

They are heavily shorted and a stock that TW has constantly attacked on Twitter.

Viking. It makes me think that the lack of the random trolling is due to one person or maybe two at best being unavailable this weekend. Multi usernames replying to each other. Normally they all appear at the same time on a thread they create.
