I'd be good to understand how much of this slowdown vs expectation was driven by each geographical market underperformance, and why. Is this all about Sweden, is USA ramping up slower than expected, or is this uncertainty linked to the Trump administration/tariffs impacting the whole business regardless of geography? Looking forward to some details and some clarity. But i think the SP will have to reprice down to below 30p until the next trading update

On top of that, let's not forget possible new paid products (data/api) where it could be possible to upsell from the existing "base" of leakbot. I'd rather have higher, faster penetration (even if slightly cheaper) and larger customer/user base to then leverage and upsell....also creates entry barriers for the competition for replacement.
