Hopefully some instos , might view this as a Catalyst of the project moving forward , and they have had the weekend to study things over , the buy in , under the ERBD due diligence would have positive forward influence to others I would imagine . I am sure ERBD would have gone thru every nook and cranny B4 they requested the buy in whilst they were doing due dilgence for funding . It was a bit like that commercial on TV , " It was that good , I bought the Company " . The instos should be taking notice now , considering we have a block of land to build on this year , some demolition work and refurb office space etc and will be starting to build access roads and the portal with Just fund money as well , this signal too suggests the funding for the project is in the bag . . If the instos do their maths as I have and Gonza , they will find out there may not be any capital raises for capex , and will need to quietly build their positions on line if they wish to take a stake .Lets see , just incase they read these posts : 1 Billion required by Cinovec , $50 mil in bag ( Just Fund ) , additional Free Euro money $100 Mil ( conservative ) , $100 mil each of at least 3 customers ( could be 4 ) , so we will have hopefully between now and October $450 of the $1 bil . I anticipate the EIB will be lending at very cheap interest rates aprox $325 Mil ( Apparently can't go over 50% of total debt ) so we will be left to finance $225 mil , of which our new investor ( ERBD ) will Maybe Provide the balance of the $225 mil , lets say they cant lend greater than 50% of the balance so we get $112.5 mil instead , EMH will have to cough up $56 mil for our half , given we just got $6 mil we need to find an even $50 mil to raise for capex , and wallah at $8 a share aud , we will add 10 million shares to our registry . And I would be pretty sure , the money will also come from our intending customers . Why wouldn't they , and pinch couple of board seats at the same time . This would provide their security over the project forever and for any one else trying to take us over . Lets see if they will be as smart as me .LOL . Anyhow , when an insto or 2 recognise the above , it is going to be fun to watch our board on screen when they start . mmmm just another thought ERBD may also want to chip in , in the cap raise . Well I think we are also now fully funded . Just now need to officially increase production to say 60 k tonnes and were going to be off likes a brides nighty , Don't you love a good plan . All ABOARD . The fun is about to begin .
