The good news is the EBRD invested in EMH, not in CEZ, nor a direct project investment.

This counters the weak position we had in the EMH (49%) VS. CEZ (51%)- construction.

CEZ needs EBRD-money and approval for this and other projects, even CEZ cannot afford a rip-off deal with EBRD. Before, there was a huge risk with KC selling off EMH at a bad price to the CEZ-consortium. This risk should be gone now.
