Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Not sure what the answer is but lots of ‘bad actors ‘on 88e boards. This from UFO Pilot X:

Would appear to me that Burgandy, who without doubt have much more access and visibility than us to/of the data, etc., want to remain involved for the eventual payday!?
That would be a very, very low bar!
Much prefer the latest share price prediction you posted on Hot Copper.
Something must be coming along for some of this from the AGM presentation;
PLANNED ACTIVITY Q2 2023
Project Phoenix:
Detailed evaluation of all data obtained from the Hickory-1 exploration well
Preliminary planning, permitting and design for Hickory-1 flow test planned for the 2023/24 winter season
Prospective resource update including maiden prospective resource for new reservoir identified: Upper SFS
Continue discussions with JV Partner to potentially acquire additional working interest in Project Phoenix
Setting the scene for becoming a production company?
Another good find GM67 - KC delivering the message in his, now familiar, dulcet tones. Delivering ‘shareholder wealth’ - can’t wait!!
For me it just looks like sensationalist journalism! Looks like an unfeasibly big number, doesn’t it!? ……until it’s converted. Just need to look at the PFS and recent comments by KC on Rockstock channel - at $25k per ton, think he advised that the NPV doubles and IRR above 50%.
Apologies Antelope and all - I thought I read that…..
interpretation on my part must have taken a leap of faith on going from ‘work on the DFS….has progressed to the final stages’ to my interpretation that it was to be complete by end Q1 :-o
Thanks GM67 - good find! Still think there’s lots to like about this project and it’s unfortunate, due to lack of direct information from the company, that there’s a lot of opportunity for ‘conspiracy theories’ to cloud our thinking.
Thanks to Jonesy64 too for his post on 9th Jan, as looks as though CEZ are advertising the DFS to be complete by end Q1 this year.
Fingers crossed….

Don’t think I’ve seen this here - suggests news within a few weeks…
The 88E RNS’s dated; 8th April, 9th May and 21st June, all headline that an independent prospective resource report is due mid 2022.
Timed to tie in nicely with the drilling north of our leases? :) ….maybe their (PANR) initial findings (hope they are stellar for both them and us) will support our new resource report.
Fingers Crossed!! GLA
Thanks GM67 - Think Booth #11 would have been busy!! :-)
Interestingly, he references VW continuously throughout the presentation and couldn’t hide his delight when mentioning off-takes at the end of the presentation.
Following his recent ‘inking’ comments, feel news must break soon.
As it’s quiet:
Depends on how you view things - below (in quotes) from an RNS and wonder when mid 2022 might be?:
‘The consultants focussed on assessing Icewine-1 logs against intervals that flowed oil in Pantheon's acreage to the north. Pleasingly, a comparison of the tested interval in Alkaid-1 against a similar interval in Icewine-1, called the SMD-B reservoir unit, indicated the favourable potential for a flow test of the same zone in the Icewine acreage.
Table 1 contains a summary of the petrophysical data from these intervals. It reveals similar porosity and clay content in Icewine-1 with, importantly, higher oil saturation and productivity estimates in Icewine-1. These studies have confirmed 88 Energy's preliminary analysis as previously announced on 8 April 2022, and accordingly, along with recent mapping efforts will form the basis of an independent volumetric and risking certification, which is expected to be completed in mid-2022.’
Wonder also, could 88E have gained/gleaned any further info from PANR updates (I recall they had a presentation to shareholders which seemed to have had a bit more detail) to assist with the evaluation post this RNS to market?
We may have had a turn of fortune.
Seems as though ‘The Management’ have been too busy creaming off the shareholders and drinking Icewine to properly review the information they’d already gathered.
I fear a ridiculous waste of shareholder money exploring beyond the initial and secondary (unconventional and conventional, respectively) scope of our project. Hopefully onwards and upwards from here….
LOL, can’t delete my post and obviously haven’t done my own due diligence on this :-)
Augurs well that investment companies, following their own significant due diligence, are taking interest at this time……

Thanks - Two solid pieces of research!
Specifically like this FX: “It doesn't take a genius to figure out that we are getting close to a deal for Cinovec, so don't let grass grow under your feet on this one especially. “
Just thought I'd do a bit more research and came across this from Autoexpress which did a feature on the Skoda car plant - behind the scenes at Skoda's Czech factory....apologies if posted previously.

If nothing else a decent read and depicts the focus on EV by Skoda.
