Based on the $56m acquisition of 71% of Zinnwald by AMG, which implies a $78.87m equity value for 35k tpa, a comparable valuation for the 37.5k tpa Cinovec project is $157m. The portal also states that the earlier mining and processing parts were previously handled separately under MZP506 and MZP529, but this new entry appears to combine the whole project into one EIA process.

The Ministry’s information letter is dated 5 May 2026 and says it is distributing and publishing the environmental documentation for the project. It also says written comments can be submitted within 30 days from publication of the documentation notice on the official board of the affected region, and that a public hearing will probably take place in the second half of June 2026.

So the London “whisper” was basically right on substance, but the date was even earlier than 11 May. The documentation appears to have gone live on 5 May 2026.

What this means for EMH

This is a positive regulatory milestone.

It does not mean EIA approval has been granted yet. But it does mean the formal public consultation phase has started or is about to start, depending on the official regional-board publication date.

The market in fact does not value the Wolfsberg project at all at EUR , It has the worlds largest Rare Earths deposit in Greenland with 75% of offtake already achieved , it is mostly permitted and there is an anticipation Trump will take a stake in the holding company CRML . EUR also has a direct holding of Tanbreez of 7.5 %

There will be a few sackings at the EBRD , asking why did they buy into EMH for 63 cents aud , And cleverly the same men whom are going to lose their jobs will also vote to be taken over at less than what they paid ? A board can recommend a take over but they wouldn't , but altimately it will be the share holders whom vote to approve , there is no chance on earth that will happen . I know most of the players in the top 40 share holders , none of them will vote that way that you are telling us .

In reality though guys when digging they will dig to the most profitable ground . Just common sense to do so at the time .

A new fully funded spreadsheet , using the exact number that Vulcan recieved from a consortium of banks , this leaves us only $260 million euro to find . even if we had to raise half that 260 at $2 a share where we may be in a couple of months that is only 65,000.000 shares we would have raise , less than 300,000,000 shares in the registry . Prety good going for a stock like this .
