Well rounded discussion Lukas , just to add to your direction . My spreadsheet has 14 operators of either grants or banks to assist with funding , so 6 months divided by 14 , we should hopefully get 2 announcements per month or nearly 3 p/m if you discount Jan , to keep the share price tilting higher . It will be fun to watch where every bodies greed factor will sit ? We have the EIA to come out B4 end year , this should be the last collapse of share price , the news here on in should all be positive .

I cannot make fully funded fail with my research .

For a start I use AI to fill in the gaps of knowledge I don't have , Cow . Only you bully posters are saying i love AI that much , you all make up opinoins of me without any evidence how i live or operate , or even use AI , just pure ingnorance as far as I am concerned .

This bank funding will never be stereo typical , however , have you ever heard of a floor price , most likely mandated by EU and will also form part of our offtakes which also will not be typical , EU has no real sourrce of Li supply ? What makes you think this will be typical funding ? Clearly answer would be good .

2 , Nice for you to dispute funding by EIB & EBRD , but please provide evidence why you think differently , no point bagging a persons opinion without providing evidence to the contrary , tell me what you found out from AI LOL So you work for both of those banks and know every thing they do ? I guess not , would be good to get your answer though .

3 , you will note , I did not include them with any value , so hard to argue something I did not allow for , but in answer to your question , as far as my research has gone it is free funds , if we comply to some of their mandates , one of them being we would require an offtake from them , both have had discussions with EMH and could be a slight chance . Whilst you are talking equity from say the French fund , how do you propose that will work , umm 5 % of Cez and 5% of EMH Lol , you cannot give equity to one and not the other , Any equity if it occurs will be at the Geomet level which will reduce what ever funds we will require for our maybe 47 % ownership because we will own less equally with CEZ .

4, there is noway there is any comparison to VUL the two projects are a world apart , management are a world apart , production is also a world apart , and both are in different countries with different laws and different policies also worlds apart , simply explain why we should consider why VUL is the litmus test come precedent for what will happen with EMH and Geomet ?? maybe try AI .

6 whilst we are on the subject having worked with all authorities high and low for 7 years , do you think there will be any bite your bums left in the EIA , it has been written to get passed all the hurdles and will probably be accepted the next day lol . no one writes an EIA to fail . especially with 7 years of negotiation . (4a) Considering that the EU Soverignty Fund & Strategic Project Premium Fund Are now being reactivated ($100 Bil ) They now cant really fund anything less than what the Czech fund just gave us , they will want to out do Czech Gov to save face so to speak . Any money here will drop the loan need dramatically , and yes it is not in stone yet , certainly the second fund is on though , so i have guessed a couple of numbers . Then of course Offtake prepayments , generally they have been first year of purchase ,an offtake might look like 10,000 tonne at $26,000 = $260,000,000 and maybe 2 off . The spreadsheet to follow only has $50 mil allocated , The German Fund and France fund are alive , will need to get an offtake of either or both of them to qualify for a grant . All the other funds in the spreadsheet are alive and yes given a conservative figure , but the way I see it the EIB and EBRD will top up to what ever grants we get get to be fully funded

They will put that floor in for all Li contenders in Europe and yes true costs are a lot higher than the market realises , hence why some suspensions and closures in Australia . Please advise City , your estimate that we may require that will cause all this dilution , you are not providing any numbers to support your argument ? Just spruiking dilution , dilution , dilution . Please provide the numbers as you see it .
