Since the IPO at 140 pence per share in 2017 Ethernity's price has slumped to 40 shares per penny today - a minus 6000 bagger and has staggered from fund raise to fundraise to keep the lights on. David Levi has proved to be a master of BS, delusion and monumental hubris. IMO.

Aim - skids perceived superpower is purely down to the fact that since the original IPO he has carefully scrutinised RNS's and Annual Reports and then observed what has actually come to pass - An absolute cluster£uck of failed promises.

In reality £178k barely keeps the lights on for 2 weeks - but hopefully the final TSP payment of $400k is already ringfenced, a default would bring the walls tumbling down for sure.

Indeed, it is truly heart warming to see Newtech's level of commitment to Ethernity right now, in its hour of need.

So Newtech will have another 222million shares available to sell into the market on or around 2nd Jan 2025 at an issue price of 0.08p per share ...... a proper kick in the baubles at this time of the year for shareholders

The EGM on Monday morning might liven things up a bit.

Another rumination - I somehow feel the door is not closed for further orders from Tarana - clearly Ethernity are currently missing out atm - but business isn't just all about dog eat dog, please correct me if I am mistaken but wasn't it the costly (for ENET), collaboration with Ethernity that put Tarana on the launch pad for it's present day trajectory? - I firmly believe what goes around comes around in the Karmic sense - wishful thinking, maybe?
