Personally I would wait till after the EGM and subsequent placing - IMO with the number of shares in circulation being increased 5 fold the sp must collapse from its present level without meaningful order confirmation, jam tomorrow rns's just will not cut it. I also think we can expect a share consolidation, probably 10 for 1 to make the numbers seem less bizarre.

now equates to just under £310,000 :))

Agreed LOTM - this extent of dilution is monumental and extrapolating the numbers is mind bending ..... Assuming the 6.6 Billion share are fully issued and the share price drops to .01p a share on the market this would still give a MC double what it is today for no reason other than the TSP and a few weeks of cash burn would be covered.

LOTM - yes at the EGM Shareholders will be asked to approve a 6.6 Billion Share Cap. IMV .02p would be optimistic given the magnitude of dilution - I was assuming .001 but hope you are right. Interestingly previous placings have been snapped up very quickly with a flurry of activity and enthusiasm and a spiking of share price to boot. However 5 Billion new shares coupled with a dearth of news is a whole new ball game, although, even 5 Billion shares doesn't equate to a huge amount of money comparatively speaking.

Shareholders voting to increase the share capital by another 5 Billion shares is the equivalent to Turkey's voting for Christmas - on the basis that to not do so, would guarantee being slaughtered a month earlier at thanksgiving ....... at least with the TSP out of the way and without default there is still hope for a miracle in Q2.
