Fred - a gloomy prognosis, but surely existing customers will have negotiated, continued use of IP. fully protected, given that Enet was in a fragile state when orders were placed. But I suppose any acquirer would be happy to continue with current revenue streams. And there is Tarana, do they still use Enet IP or have they fully transitioned?. I suspect Skid will have an insightful view this landscape.

Yikes - the share price needs to pull it's socks up for Enet to have any chance of placing several Billion new shares into the market to raise the cash it needs - assuming a Yes vote on the 28th of course.

........ although those accounts will be largely meaningless in the light of the known present circumstances.

........ further, interestingly the year end results for year end Dec 2023 were published uncharacteristically early for Enet on April 19th 2024 - I wonder when we will see the audited numbers for last year, presumably not before the EGM.

I wonder if the auditors had been putting a somewhat flaccid pressure on Enet regarding the "intangibles" - having been reduced from £8.5m to £4.5m during the 4 years to the last published accounts of December 2023.

Sadly, doubt it Enet currently consists of a slumbering management team and a bunch of bored techies playing Super Mario on their pc's - with David Levi striding around the offices proclaiming Baldricks famous catchphrase.

Definitely a dilemma on how to vote -No would be a self destruct and a swipe at David Levi who clearly had a hissy fit when the first vote didn't go his way, or Yes to see how things play out from a curiosity point of view with a glimmer of hope that something could be salvaged. My view fwiw would be to go a reluctant Yes to see how this fascinating Soap Opera plays out.

Either way imo there will be little if zero in it for long standing Shareholders anyway.

Hmm with the new EGM scheduled for the 28th April - being just 2 days before the end of month, could that mean that mean that an offer to take up the full share placement is to hand awaiting the green light from Shareholders to be triggered ?

As LOTM said "Who's going to buy the shares and at what price?" Maybe it should be a part private investor offering - there seems to be a massive appetite for shares by Blackhorse, Psalm and dax1 not to mention the other zealots on TwitterX and Telegram !

And their money would go direct into the hands of their beloved David Levi rather than into the market. Job done ........

Given that David Levi trousered £220Million from his previous enterprise, maybe he should underwrite the 6 billion share placement himself - at the average share price over the last 12 months. Can't say fairer than that.
