Ah, Consuela, just remind about this “scheme of things”!
MaryBr190, they stole the lines! The Livers were in there first. It didn’t sound quite right without the accent!:))
Don’t like to interrupt but ‘ the answer’ should have been ‘I’m asking’
Just sayin’.
Wyndrum, ref 14:40.
14:40 post, para 1 (MMs). Agreed.
Para 2, agreed.
Para 3, this statement lacks any detail and seems as unsupportable you think the loan suitability.
Para 4, the new loan would remove from investors minds the doubts about cash flow.
Para 5, this is true but the likelihood of it happening is singularly unproven.
Para 6, MMs don’t take risks by building up stock any more than shop keepers build up stock for customers.
Para 7, agreed
Para 8, 9 , 10 &11,the MMs don’t keep the price artificially low. This effect imo is due to traders, going, seemingly successfully, short or long, currently it seems, in the 11 - 15p range.
Para 12, agreed.
Re 14:16 .Love the enthusiasm ForrestGump. How many is “ a few “?
Lottie123, an excellent post, and agreed to. We just need to convince some institutions of the outstanding value of Harl equity!!!
Consuela, ref 09:24. Wow, new year, new considered contributor. That’s much better.(smile, smile)
Imo David is taking the rip.
David, perhaps if you undertake some research into what Harl are doing and why they are arranging the £200m facility you will see why it probably isn’t as devastating as you seem to think.
Chrisatrdg, It seems that until some institutions start to accumulate then we are at the mercy of shorting raids. Forrestgump has alluded to the 11-15p range that surround us and is probably the basis of their trades currently.
Selangore, could you please expand a little? What pointers and why 50p?
Xenor, regarding H&W. JW promised to take us onto the main market! …………..
…………. It’s taking a while!
Hmm, now it’s disappeared, mistake perhaps?
There’s a 14m+ uncrossing trade reported at 14.2p at 16:35!
Stokey12, what about caped to develop IM to export gas to Eire?
Stokey12, re; 16:04 post 31st ult. you make an interesting observation. If what you say is fact then. If H&W pay off Riverstone and can’t use any of the £200m facility for the development of IM, the only conclusions I can reach are ;
1. Another loan account is set up for IM.
2. A large portion of IM is sold off to a partner for them to develop IM.
3. IM is sold off in total..
I wonder though, would not the probability of the gas being fed to the republic mean that becomes an export and so qualifies as an acceptable use if the funds?
David, H&W want to repay the Riverstone loan of around £80m or so. Also if the start developing IM the project is seriously cash demanding. Hence large facility required to buy time to get in partners/backers.
Oh, nearly forgot…….. and directors bonuses! lol and happy new year !
Broomtree, you seem, of late, to be going to war with lots of members, just sayin’.
Tomorrow is the start of a new year!
Maybe?……………………….
Consuela, As you’re probably on of the wetters. https://www.ageukincontinence.co.uk/incontinence-shop/disposable-incontinence-products/disposable-pull-up-pants.html?gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIrtrQmZa4gwMVdJNQBh05QgenEAAYASAAEgInrfD_BwE
Happy new year:)))
Stokey12, the article sounds like a load of tosh. The rns stated that H&W ‘s assets would be security for the loan guarantee. No mention of a sale of IM as a condition for approval. Neither do I believe that the loan will come quickly. January is to witness the forming of the independent third party by UKEF and Harl’s appointment of a ‘lead arranger’ to undertake the formulation of the required documentation.! No wonder there was no mention of time scale!
