Interesting, my reasonably recent purchases In Jmat , Vod & BAE are rising nicely with the market. Harl however continues to frustrate, along with a couple of other aim shares, now released.. I wonder if the Killick sales have been on the back of the recent press articles? Killick clearly need a Stokey12:))

Stokey12, 11:03. It seems the only news articles in the press lately have all been doom and gloom predictions. But, whose fault is it ? Ours of course, H&W. Where is the PR when the company needs it? Where is the positive publicity? If it wasn’t for your post a few days ago we would still be querying the validity of the article in the Times. Harl urgently need to get to grips, not just PR but finance and accounting matters also. I doubt there’s much resolve for this in bod but without addressing the gaping holes in these areas of the business It’s hard to see how we are going to attract iis to the cause. Personally, I think six months to declare the 2023 results is utterly ridiculous. All imo.

Stokey12 09:55. As much as as it sticks in the throat, there can be a few reasons for a nc bid. The most usual being that there are exceptionally onerous clause/s in there such that qualifying clauses are added in by the tenderer, sort of a counter offer. If all tenders spot and exclude it, the client then has his choice of withdrawal or amendment. If one of them misses it, then he wins but gets stuck with contract spec!
