Invesco are to shutter down their British funds and merge with their European ones due to a lack of interest in British stocks.( today)

Ashtead Group are the latest to discuss leaving London for New York due the lack lustre performance of the UK market. ( a couple of days ago)

London, it seems is the dog of the financial world.

Imo It has been this way for a number of years but this underperformance has accelerated since Brexit. It doesn’t help that the Labour Party is expected to achieve a landslide majority just three weeks tomorrow!

It’s possible that the mms are in on the act squirrelling away the sells in some holding venture to be ready for a surge on Monday after 10:00 and banking a nice nest egg featherer.

Xenor, 11:03. It’s quite possibly all linked. A positive on JR makes IM much more valuable. This creates additional, substantial security for the finance deal that then creates the confidence that the company is secure and able to thrive. Imo.
