Interesting to read that Advance Energy appear to see Chuditch as by no means a certainty. Seem to think they’ve got the better deal. Who knows. It’s never what we think or are led to believe. But fingers crossed anyway.

Excellent to see Colin Murray from Sundagas now speaking at the upcoming Timor oil and gas summit (virtual). Along side government minister and president of ANPM. Relationship obviously good. Augurs well for progress on the block.

Interesting article on Timor’s exploration fields and data access. Sundagas fully on board and maybe looking to add to their portfolio in the upcoming licence round.

Interesting to note that an upcoming Timor oil and gas summit scheduled for 25th March with Timor oil and gas officials as the main speakers, appears (from the website) to very much include Sundagas. The summit agenda includes “The Chudith Gas Discovery and the PSC TL-SO-19016 license, SundaGas’ success and update”. Sounds positive to me.

Hopefully those Timor officials, Timor Gap employees in the know, friends and family have found a way to buy shares ahead of a positive announcement. Live in hope.

From Timor Gap’s 2019 Annual Report:
“The Chuditch field has 25m gas column with a good to excellent reservoir quality with a water depth of around 70m. The reservoir target for the Chuditch field is approximately 2900m from the seabed. Initial discovery by Shell presented that the field is estimated to contain 0.6 – 1.6 Tcf of gas with minor CO2”.

I ask Sundagas did they have a recording of the recent (November) EAGE Asia Energy Forum. They don’t but have contacted the organisers to try and get one. The response was very helpful. Pure speculation on my part, but I sense the Timor project may be delayed but still moving forward. Investors understandably losing patience. We await an RNS.

Interesting to note that Colin Murray from Sundagas spoke just a few weeks ago at an energy conference (virtual) on their Chuditch asset. Also speaking at the same event was the CEO of ANPM, Timor. Who knows? Things could be moving ahead.
