CINE may well decide “to stay in AIM”, or return back to FTSE 250. Many companies prefer to stay in AIM once there? Due to lack of regulation, and ability to get away with less scrutiny even as $1bn companies

A downside - CFD firms charges go higher to buy/ sell Cine now. Due to risk of penny stocks and margin calls.

That’s why I think we may see bigger crazier gains as we rise on AIM than FTSE 250...

I Welcome CINE to the AIM ...(The wild wild west)

With the initial CINE rns a,ready priced in from 21p. The market capitalisation is already below £50m, recentlt was sat at £242m. Any offloading now if it had not been done, would be rather late move by any Fund now. The theory it is going down is weak and late. It is already down since 2 weeks ago and on the way up from 2p. Funds would have adjusted, and was expected weeks ago.

As / we join AIM (as suggested) most likely.
We are currently a rock-bottom “penny status stock” r (with assets) debt, Plex case, right now at it’s lowest levels in its corporate history. The price is on its axxe.

Penny Stocks movements range from 10%-30%-50%-200% in a day. 280% on one stock recently in a single session. Any remotely good news and this can take off massive. Be alert.

PLEX PI’s on their BB, simply want the same thing as many CINE PI’s on by /before sept 22nd.

A deal/ some kind of reduction in award and no bankruptcy and payments over an agreed period. Exactly what CINE shareholder wants. 80%-90% reduction at least.

Dribble” and “drivel” originally meant the same thing: drool. But the two words have become differentiated. When you mean to criticize someone else's speech as stupid or pointless, the word you want is “drivel.”

The appeal is based on challenging the synergies element of the award. As Ian has posted, this was grossly inflated and highly unusual to ask for the entire amount for multiple years projected earnings in a lump sum.

The market will want to see a deduction or reduction of this amount and either a payment instalment or defer of monies in lieu of a convertible bond with a future maturity date to see both parties satisfied.

Time will tell.

Seen this happen before.
What is different here is, the industry is being affected, lives are being affected, look at all the issues around us, plus they get zero as it istands now. There is queue. They are not included as the law stands.
