100m - 300m trade volume a day, If this continues this week, that is the litmus test for me. Typically volumes would settle down, this is going higher from 200m - 260m -298m.

Volume is an indicator, Jhango have already sold 163m yet the volume is rising....so lets see.

So is this official ?

CINE has 27000 employees and staff ?and families possibly buying ?
Lets calculate by way of recent day trade volume.

This coming week:
If we break 200m-300m trade vol a day, again, then YES we are CINEmeme.

10-20p might even be breached if all the staff and employees and family’s are part of this movement, such as on Reddit or Telegram or wall street. If AMC went through this, and achieved success. Rinse repeat. Could it be repeated within the same sector? Cine have its ex-furloughed CINE employees, to prop-up the market valuation at least for the near-term until bigger issues are resolved to satisfaction.

Meme action may effect dilution price level and negotiation terms. Be it 10p -15p-20p. No of new shares issued.

I would not be surprised, now this is all hypothetical, but plausible none the less.

Here’s another one for you/ anyone...regarding revenues / annual dividends payments.

Pre-covid cinematic business very profitable back then....
In addition to CINE $4bn or so annual revenues back in 2019 (pre-covid) 4.25c per share Dividends were being paid to comfortably to 1.4bn shareholders??, what would that equate to on the company balance sheet, annually? As cine have stopped this in 2019, which makes sense, they don’t need to be concerned about this, until the debt issues are resolved first.

Even if revenues are slightly below 2019 they won’t be worried about 4%dividend promises for its legion of shareholders at least for the near future or until 2024. That saving can be used for better purposes like paying off debt etc.

The main problem with what you wrote belwo about the next 12months, tou mention assets, liabilities is you did not highlight “forecasted/ projected cash flow” coming in per month. CINE is still a revenue making operation, and the next 8 weeks, there maybe no blockbuster movies due to hollywood, but this will resolve itself, if it made $4bn annually? it can work hard and make it again by 2024.

The cinemas are not closed, they are open for business, and new cinemas are opening throughout england and other regions.

Yesterday was a weak finish for UK.
