Summary of reasons behind Cine recovering back up - revised

A number of reasons now, not just one, reading all the comments to date

1-Oversold at sub 10p i.e from 2p
200% rise is nothing when sat at 6p

2-Jhango the seller from 9p has exited
The key seller has gone. Nothing holding it back.

3-Speculation current ongoing talks regarding Re-structure possibly progressing well in the background. No bankruptcy of company, but looking at ALL STRATEGIC OPTIONS. Incl potential sale of Eastern europe business? De-leveraging. As per RNS. Cine is workig with everybody.

4-Suspension talk for days was fallacious comments by certain individuals with an agenda.. People have seen through the scaremongering. Dismissed.

5-Mooky and Family owners are defiant and clearly not going anywhere and NOT selling family 20% holdings. No selling means they are not bailing like some had suggested. RNS. They have never sold a songle share, and panicked when the sp fell from 2020-22. That is a sign, they are here to stay.

6-Revenues expected to pick up from Nov- only 7 weeks away
Cinema business is forecasted to be ahead for 2023 to pick again. (Cine Plex business already reported their revenues up 400% from 2021 results in Aug-22).

7-The Cinema industry Intelligence stated on the weekend we are only 19% down from pre-pandemic with 50% of Blockbusters “still to arrive”. That is very positive. Likely break above pre-pandemic levels, or worst case level.

8-Lower risk
Greater upside potential from 2-6p to 20p

9-Shorts all but 2.7% left only. Stock Buy-backs.

10-Market as a whole “over-reacted”ref WSJ article. 9p to 2p. Sp should never have dropped below 10p

11-Investors mopping up Cheap shares and potential to average their holdings, albeit with some risk attached.

12-Cine- Appeal Court date Sept22nd. A favourable outcome maybe worked out. Ref: Feb FT article: Potential for outside settlement on both sides) lower award amount or receive zero. Compromise maybe the key to receive and both parties can agree? Legal teams have to work together for benefit of both companies and sector industry survival.

13-New Cine investors come on-board, who have previously never held Cine, now hold Cine.

14-SP reacting to rises on both markets UK and the US.

15-Interims reporting - SEPT 22nd - good news? £85m to add to the no’s

16- Cine made near £80m on National Cinema Day.

17-Penny stocks don’t make £80m in 24hours. Or $4bn annually. Cine did.

As we progress into next week, more news will add to rise....

BB’s are savage, but this is not, this is like a candy store in comparison, it’s actually a good bb. But filter tab helps to read posts faster, when there are 300 posts a day.

I don’t use another id, never will, nor do I put up with falacious and deceitful comments, I simply believe we were done by the WSJ media, owned by Murdoch, who may prefer to see mooky down-under, a 3 generational family busniness. (not talking about you here).
