I have to agree with Poor post ealier today. To summerise

- The dilution from around 20p - (good interims and plex appeal will affect the sp)
- Sp capitalisation needs to be closer to £400m.
- Strong slate with movies are scheduled from Nov-22 -into 2023.
- Industry is strong and demand and hunger for big movies re-emerging from customers
- Cine-business interims might surprise critics incl national cinema day
- Negotuated cineplex deal v appeal result - both sides ammicable for good of the industry and sector. Keep it that.
- Reduction in rents from landlords, cine protected by US covid laws passed. Texas was worst hit, and businesses were forced to close by Govt - court would favour Cine.
- Minimal diution - 80% ? (expectation was 100%) i’d be ok with that.
- Sp is at it’s lowest level from highs of 85p 52 weeks ago.
- If Interims no’s are promising - sp will recover fast - watch this space.

LTH - 20p is still my target, meaning we will be back up.
The transaction is in earlt 2023 - 3-4 months away.
Anyone who thinks we will be sat at 5p for 5 months is in denial/ wants to buy inlower.
