The new shares are now in, according to website last night.

It’s still 00.19p to buy, any lower and buyers watching, and new investors will jump in.
We are “below £1m” ...cheap as chips.

We might be able to move from here on, as mm’s now have shares, lapping them up...

We will hit 00.40pthis week. Sp has been there numerous times, therefore not an unrealistic target imho.

What is zak mir’s take on here?

Valuation of the new company can be upto £30m.

One of the takeaways from 2021 statement was the wish to create a £100m+ company, on that note, I would say owners ambitions/ outlook for a medium sized company exist, it’s likely they want to succeed with a simliar goal, and nothing has changed on that front, else why bother with all the trouble and stress involved with documentation, prospectus, FCA and RTO and fulfilling LSE / FCA requirements. Hardly riveting the process I imagine.

A week has gone by, next 10 days (as roger states) we may have news.
1p is an “achievable” target here. Not ramping, saying it, as it has legs, and touched base1 few times now.
Cheap electricity production would take it further up, but not getting carried away. 1pish would be a pleasure for 70% of investors.

Sunak and Hunt would become the nicety club, but could they handle the tough foreign issues and decisions...against putin

3-4weeks max agreed.
Done deal from the look on her face, only not today, markets would go in a spin...lol

Polls are polls.

I sense Hunt (a strong ally of Sunak) has been placed as chancellor strategcally, and I think Sunak is already being lined up.
