Arlington Energy is pleased to announce that it has signed Heads of Agreement with Dukemount Capital plc to enter into a joint venture to construct and operate two 11kV gas peaking sites from its development pipeline.

The two sites total 10MW in size and represent the first step in what both companies hope will be a growing presence in the flexible energy space in the UK market.

The sites will enter the Capacity Market in the next round of auctions, with a view to securing long term, 15-year, index linked contracts with the grid. They will be managed to produce the highest yield possible over their target operational lifetime of up to 40 years and potentially longer.

For me the owners not selling a single share since 2020, speaks volumes.
Mooky and Family, are not running scared, like most CEO’s do, and they have lost the most on their 20% holding, and their children through the trusts.

Zelenski is also not running scared, when fear mongeres strike, and he clearly winning the battle now.
Mooky is also battling to save his family empire, that is good enough for me, a fighter through and through, and belief.

There are more huge blockbusters which will come through soon, and the plex outcome are game changers.

We have liquidity, and more available and the confidence of an understanding judge on Cineworld’s side.
We didn’t have that 7 days ago, restructuring plan has commened. We also revenues which will increase from operations as the slate of blockbuster films to look forward to.

Optimistic we could break 6.7p, the most recent high, by end of week
Share price recovery start now, if our volume starts to increase again, that is a great sign.

I agree with the motley fools for once, A win, we could see the mother of all rises in the weeks to October end. Our appeal is now less than 4 weeks, that’s why shorters from 5p will be desperate that the appeal is a failure and mediation is not the next step. If the fool disagrees, you have to agree with the fool.

- My own thoughts, a significantly reduced award, negotiated via mediation and a payment scheme worked out between 2 parties over a period, is the way, there is a mention of ancliary process in the recent cine announcement, which may kick-in.

The appeal is in the best interest of the entire industry, the mega studios, hollywood film industry, which relies on theatres box office taking, which makes it all the more important, there is a huge reduction to the ridiculous award from dec-21.

It’s stuck in a legal battle with Canadian rival Cineplex. It’s all over an attempted takeover deal that went bad. As it stands, Cineworld has had damages of C$1.23bn awarded against it. That’s about £790m. Whatever currency we use, it’s a fair bit more cash than the firm has. So with all this bad news, why don’t I just see it as a sell-and-run-away stock? After all, it was the most shorted stock on the UK market at the last count.
Well, the company is appealing the damages verdict. ‘If it wins that, I think we could see the share price take a sharp step upwards. If that happens, short sellers could be squeezed out. And their resulting need to buy shares to close their positions could send the price up even further”.
