The majors for me, they have proven experience in the sector with unlisted Arlington energy, sold to UAE. Which is a positive, and differentitates them from just sitting on a shell. They do have experience, they do have contacts. The fact nothing may have happened over the past 2 years, plays into covid. The country was shut down, business did not wish to invest.

Now after the war, we (United Kingdom) need assured reliances on future and sustainability of energy in this country. New Investors will be aware of this, DKE would significantly benefit from being in the right place right time.

Some cash proceeds from the arlington sale could benefit DKE.

The sale was a snap sale, occured same as filing was due.

Positives are:
Energy is a hot sector
Proven experience in energy sector (some on this BB are totally ignoring this clear fact)
Business Contacts including in the middle east regions
Cash proceeds from recent successful sale of arlington energy to UAE
UK in a energy crisis - requires investment companies

DKE would significantly benefit in a RTO from 00.15p
The address change - that could be to do with seperating entitiy from Arlington being on same address. (top of my head ..)

This is a country which is crying out for alternative energy, it is black n white the hole we are in.

Did somebody mention Arlington Energy acc’s were filed recently?
Question is were the Arlington acc’s filed late also? The company house website would reveal this.
If they were, it was after the company was sold to the UAE.
Assuming the same accountants for all the companies.

The most annoying thing is the lack pf communication with shareholders, i wholeheartedly agree with this. However let us not forget, there are numerous AIM companies out there, who comminucate all the time with their shareholders and are doing pretty badly. Amgo, and VAST come to mind. Communication, does not equate to high share price. Anyway we are only at .0.15p, the only way is up, if we list again.

Now there many listed companies who always have their fair share of haters, yet the companies are still there, meaning they did not go bust, as the haters kept prophecising. And if they did, what did they want , a medal?

What will be will be, hopefully we understand which way this week, finally.
The patient willeither be rewarded, or we will learn from experience, reward would be the choice of the majority.
