It’s not a free service, and they have no funds as you say.
Peters Capotal will have access to HNW’s and a list of investors/ clients on their books.
Why then update and say the process is going positive?

The current process is, as reported on Feb 3rd positive and moving forward, working with partners and banks, reported 70 days after new appointment of Peter’s Capital. We await final outcome from new investment/ finance process.

2-If process obstacles are all fulfilled, and filing is approved by FCA. Filing is overdue.
We await successful filing.

3-Followed by DKE request for temporary suspension lift and return to Main- market. We await temporary suspension to be lifted.

Simple Market Update on the above 3 is 126 days overdue, albeit Via an official RNS by DKE, the end of the “process outcome” this however has to be very close. Imminent.

Further to its announcement of 1st November 2022 regarding the suspension of the company's shares from trading, Dukemount has appointed Peterhouse Capital Limited as its sole broker.
This change has been undertaken to assist the company to negotiate its way through its current audit process and speed up its route back to trading on the standard list. The Company is working with its auditors and funders to complete the audit as quickly as possible so that it can apply to for its shares to be allowed to resume trading.

As the stock is suspended, it’s not like you can trade off any info anyway.

The below DKE News announcement, was a couple of days “after missing the Jan 31st deadline”, when the filing had been expected by shareholders i.e at the end of the 90day extension.

Either way a RNS is now expected on a conclusion.
