Tomorrow their needs to be an rns, this delay is over the line, and share trading commences.

The CH confirmation statement date, is not the date for accounts filing.

Further Funding and Funding Restructuring
Dukemount announces that, further to the disposal of the peakers as announced on 5 October 2022, the lenders (as detailed in the announcement of 15 September 2021) (the "Investors") have agreed to advance (the "Further Advance") the net proceeds of £50,000 in aggregate in addition to restructuring their existing funding arrangement. The maturity date for the existing debt plus the Further Advance is to be 24 months from the date of the Advance (being 10 October 2024).
The proceeds of the Further Advance have been used to settle accrued liabilities of the Company.
The board has taken steps to ensure that the financial position and prospects of the Company are maintained to facilitate a future reverse transaction. To that end, the board confirm the following has been undertaken:

Geoffrey Dart and Paul Gazzard have released the Company from all accrued but unpaid emoluments;

Chesterfield Capital Limited have confirmed that the outstanding balance of £500,000 due to Chesterfield Capital Limited will be converted at the previously announced subscription price of 0.65p. Such subscription to settle all balances due from the Company and to be settled by the issuance of shares at the earlier of (a) the approval of a prospectus, (b) the direction of the board of the Company and (c) 11 April 2023

Second piece I would add, is if they were so terrible in their knowledge of the energy sector, why would UAE go into bed with them. They wouldn’t. The Qataris, Saudi’s, Abu Dhabi’s may have a lot of money, we can all agree with this, pay over the odds even but they only ever invest in meaningful business/ sectors with a solid future, almost guaranteed a success. To invest in Arlington has its merits. And keeps this alive. Until otherwise, we are told differently.

The non-filing of the accounts were the reasoning behind the suspension, which forms part of the LSE rules. 90 days are given thereafter. The additional 30 days were added to the filing, which was followed by a news peice on their website, just 3 days after the expectation of the filing. The old broker was reinstated back in rns -Nov-22to get this over the line, and the Feb 3rd news peice confirms this is exactly what BOD’s are priortising and are close to announcing this, 3 weeks ago.

Any funds raised under £1m may not require a prospectus, was my past understanding, having not read the rules recently. Over £1m raising of funds from investors requires a prospectus. What will be will, there are always loopholes, experts know better than others. As long as we return, and motor forward, no one is daft enough to knock against that.

Audit Update
Further to the announcement of 1 November 2022, Dukemount Capital plc, the property management and long dated income specialist today provides an update to investors and the market in regards to recent developments at the Company
As announced on 1 November, trading in the shares of Dukemount is currently suspended, as the Company was unable to complete and publish its audited financials for the year to 30 April 2022 in the prescribed time.

Since this announcement, the Company has been working closely with its auditors to complete the audit, the publication of which will allow the Company to apply for the suspension of trading in its shares to be lifted.

This process has taken longer than expected but the Board is pleased to confirm that it now believes that we are nearing the end of the process and, as such, the Company hopes to be able to provide the market with a positive update on this matter in the near future.

The Board is very grateful to all its stakeholders for their continuing patience in this matter. All of the officers and advisors to the Company are working as expeditiously as is possible to reach a conclusion to this process.

Feb 28th - no change on this date for CHouse filing site.

Both Dukemount Ltd and DKE (capital) both share the new listed address - 70 Jermyn st. London.
Dormant accounts have been filed for dukemount ltd - Nov 22.

Companies house - DKE Capital Ltd - accounts are still due Feb 28th 2023.
No chnage here, this date was an extension, i guess they did not wish to advertise the 28 DAY regulatory extension to the wider stock market, other companies would seek extentions in the future. Limit exposure maybe,

The BOD’s letter is a positive statement that the process is coming to a positive conclusion, through their advisors.

On a positive end, the Filing has to be this week, also agree the BOD’s have had long enough.
Investor’s have been very patient. RChawala has a number of alias. I have checked his history and alias.

Patience is waring thin, and I get that totally.
The filter works here, we should all use it.

A return would mean they are very serious, just as they were with Arlington Energy, and they have the big connections.
Which they do. A snap sale of Arlington to the UAE, and all that goes hand in hand with a sale, PLUS an RTO at the same time, would have been ambitious, to say the least in the same month.

This has since changed to 28th Feb, since being past week.

If it were always 28th Feb, it would have been reflected back in November22, when it chnaged to Jan 31st.
