As announced on 1 November, trading in the shares of Dukemount is currently suspended, as the Company was unable to complete and publish its audited financials for the year to 30 April 2022 in the prescribed time.

Since this announcement, the Company has been working closely with its auditors to complete the audit, the publication of which will allow the Company to apply for the suspension of trading in its shares to be lifted.

This process has taken longer than expected but the Board is pleased to confirm that it now believes that we are nearing the end of the process and, as such, the Company hopes to be able to provide the market with a positive update on this matter in the near future.

The Board is very grateful to all its stakeholders for their continuing patience in this matter. All of the officers and advisors to the Company are working as expeditiously as is possible to reach a conclusion to this process.

I have to agree with Cando66 here, if we return a 300% jump is now wholly possible. Huge anticipation building past few months, been watching on/off for weeks. Either we return this week or next seems in line with Broker comments to a few here. BOD may signal with pre-rns or on day. Eyes peeled for 7.00am rns next 10 days

I doubt that Radika, especially whilst a company is in suspension.

I doubt any shareholder is emailing DKE for any other reason than serious concern of their stock investment, and re-list date.

If we are (hopefully) coming back end of April, the tone of the message from the Broker should be very positive, by the week, as we approach final 2-3 weeks. If it changes goalposts and gives different dates to different people, then i’d take it as a pinch of salt.

On a happier note, the UK expected to be warmer than the Greek Islands todays, with heavy rain tomorrow...lol

If there had been real communication email or other means with Michael and the 2 BOD’s, we would likely have seen a rns holding update by now.

The DKE twitter acc is unchnaged since 2021.
No RNS since Nov 22
No email communication with any shareholder EVER, that we know of. Incl michael.
There are only 2 names in DKE. I am doubting communication however, unless we see proof.
Holding 3% means little as it stands, unless a rns drops this months.
Not how a listed company is supposed to be run.

That recent happy message was just about FCA process, which if you sent email to FCA. they would respond also.
If they ever do file april 2022 acc’s, Oct 22 accounts will be due.
