Polsk, can you tell me when in the interview that RS stated a blockchain RTO would be completed by the end of March? Perhaps I'm mistaken, but no specific timeframe was given - and there has been no indication from the company that there is any change in their aspirations. Not sure what you were hoping for when you bought into this cash shell, but it was presumably at a higher price so you there are a few alternatives available: 1. If you believe that the management with a proven track record of creating hundreds of millions of � in shareholder value are capable of replicating their success with BLOC, average down. 2. If your opinion has changed since original purchase, sell up - let me know how many shares you have and I'll do my best to submit a bid accordingly. 3. Carry on stamping your feet and demanding "are we there yet?" until a deal is confirmed

I guess that's the reason we invest in small caps, the possibility of the something spectacular happening. And occasionally it does, like a junior resource company attracting the attention of a mining mega-corp. Anyone familiar with GGP will know that they were only capped at a few million when interest (let alone a deal) by Newmont last year saw a 10 x price increase from year lows. Just like a AIQ a couple of months ago, sometimes speculation is sufficient - but with RS and JH at the helm there is always the possibility of speculation becoming a reality: From an initial investment of �25k... Hi A_H, I think the appeal to a start up company is the exposure and kudos that a London listing would bring. There are very few (if any!) pure-play blockchain stocks on the market right now, so an RTO and the ensuing financial media attention generated would raise the company profile far more than an ICO in my opinion. And while I believe ICO's will become standard practice in the near future, there will still be mainstream market skepticism until sufficient regulatory framework is in place. Also by taking part in a RTO a start up company can sidestep the sometimes lengthy & costly IPO process and get straight to building a listed business. Taking on a shell also saves on the traditional listing costs, as well as the advisory fees normally doled out to brokers, lawyers and PR firms, as there is a lighter workload than with a normal IPO.

My understanding, and I'm happy to be corrected, is that AIQ price shot up 2,500% on largely twitter based SPECULATION that a blockchain RTO was pending. This proved unfounded and the stock was suspended accordingly.
