You should not sell your shares. This club has a market cap at only 135m - thats the price of 2 really good players.
It has a great brand and eventually it will have to leave Scottish football and play in a different league - then you will see its value soar. Hold tight. Market makers are always messing with infrequently traded shares such as this. Best of luck.

Relax everybody! This share will recover. The fundamentals are too good. Its in takeover territory now. Its nearly yielding 4% on interim dividend alone. Its short sellers like at this company that made me think about why invest anymore in the stock market. However I reckon they will be outed here in the short to medium term.

While hanging around, TOR may consider a 1 for 10 share consolidation. Classic O Reilly!

Bank of China are buying Goodbody Stockbrokers in Dublin. Young Tony may be asked to advise the stockbroker how to get the money from the Chinese! Its Eu 150m this time. What are the chances of this deal going through!!!!!!

You cannot blame the Chinese for holding back the money - It was going to be used for redundancies etc. As the placement money will be used for that now - maybe the Chinese can be forthcoming with their cash. Mind you with the lack of success here I would not be paying redundancy. On the contrary I would be looking for money back from them!!

The O'Reilly Clan never made money for anybody in the long term. It all came to nought. Ind News & Media/Waterford Wedgewood/Various exploration companies. Sadly for them they lost too. They were however good at drawing down salary remuneration from the companies. That kept them going! When that dried up ,,,,, well they moved along , usually involving boardroom drama - to the next set of mugs!!!! I know I was one of them mugs!!

Did anyone expect the Chinese to stump up money to pay for redundancies/luxurious offices/CEO fat salary/ etc.
I have read why has Tullow Oil not jumped in. Why? Wait for share price to fall to 0.635p and offer 1p - 50% premium on last closing price!! Its a busted flush here. Try and get anybody to underwrite a rights issue. That's been done before. This share is heading for a classic O'Reilly fraction of a penny stock. Seen it all before especially with Pop's Waterford Wedgewood.
Its the end of the o'reillyonomics era which lasted from about 1973.

This company keeps on BURNING MONEY buying back its own shares. Its got to stop! Wait until the share hit 4-5 Eu then start buying back. In the meantime conserve cash. The buybacks are benefiting NOBODY in the short or Long term. Its madness. The recent share price decline proves that!!

Everybody waiting for the Chinese money to arrive. Everybody forgetting what this money is ACTUALLY to be used for. Its not for paying the CEO & Staff wages/office leases/redundancies/ expenses etc. One way or another more non Chinese funding required! Off the top of my head ......... non-scientific ...... lets say a 1:1 share issue at 5.5c (5p Stg) to raise another 30Million. Why not! Chinese sent packing and the good auld investors to the rescue! Its how the O'Reillys do business - study his dad's past business dealings if you doubt me.

If the market capitalisation falls ( via shorting) well below actual debt of company then you will see banking covenants breached.!!

My advise is to get out of stock market investing until shorting is STOPPED! Its so dangerous. These shooters can cause companies to breach their banking covenants with such share falls - that the deciding issue for me above all. It must be outlawed and SOON!

Its an O'Reilly Clan thing! Not satisfied until share price is in fractions. Have been here before. Waterford Wedgwood/ Independent News & Media/ Atlantic Resources/ Arcon - get out while share price is still not a fraction of 1p! The Chinese will not fund the ongoing personal expenses of this company. The cash depletion of this company is phenomenal!!

I am getting out of Stock Market altogether after 30 years. The SHORTING of stocks has got to me in the end. There is no future in stock market investing when this is allowed to happen.

Listen Folks, I have invested with the O'Reilly Clan before - Waterford Wedgwood/Atlantic Resources come to mind. They have a knack of pulverising a share price down to a fraction of a penny while drawing a good salary from the company. To be fair to Sir Anthony he met his own Waterloo with Waterford Wedgewood. They always present jam tomorrow. I nearly got caught AGAIN with this stock having purchased at 15p and watched it go the whole way down to sub 5p two years ago.Needlesstosay I did not hang about when they went back to 15p about 9 months ago. Now we are back to 8p again. The only thing we learn from history is that we learn nothing from history!
Caveat Emptor.

Love the cars but the problem with this company is its valuation - same as the Royal Mail Group that has pencilled in pre tax profits of 500-530M.

The big news here is divi cut and Rights Issue. The JV is just a smoke screen! Would not be surprised if RI and Divi goes ahead but JV fails - let us say due diligence. All very sneaky IMO

This company will have the attention of Warren Buffett. It fits all his criteria including the colour red in logo - Wells Fargo, Apple is red where he comes from, Bank of America,Kraft Heinz, Coca Cola - I could keep going. He will love investing in a 5 times profits valuation! He will get greedy when everyone else is fearing. Hopefully he has got over Tesco! This company is ripe for a takeover by any matrix. Bought some on Monday myself at 256.3p. .... I just could not resist!! Barring some fraud in this company - its a real steal. Anyway I must give way to Warren!

Michael sold over 2m shares at over 16 Eu in June 2018. I cannot see that sale in directors deals here! Google it!
