The problem is when it does hit 80p, some people will be predicting 50p.But on balance 80p a fair price - PROVIDED there are no rescue rights issue!

Most reasonable people agree that IAG will survive ok and will be a great company post Covid-19.
But its all about how low will it fall now. I am firmly in the 80p camp. Thats the price I will be comfortable buying at taking all into consideration! If it does not reach 80p then I Will not buy. Simple as that.

When the CEO sells shares its all shareholders business!

If this was a US based company the Class Actions would be flooding in. A Rights Issue a month ago and its still in trouble.

IAG has over 5 Bn in debt and a pension deficit to make the widows and orphans weep!
and a lot of IAGs cash on its books is due to be REFUNDED to disappointed flyers!

Would not be as bearish! The Rights Issue was essential BUT not a 4:1 issue. It simply flooded the market with shares!
I you believe that AML is bankrupt then the same can be said to IAG with its planes on the tarmac, staff furloughed and debt of over 5bn when last checked.
Anyway the cash is in and losses are being controlled as best possible. There will be no further tin rattle in this case!

The roots of this disaster was the 4:1 rights issue at 30p.
Should never happened. It should have been 1:2 at any price.
This share needs to be consolidated as proof there is nothing else sinister going on here!
