No big mystery here!
Boots Walgreen to take it out.
My guess is 12-15p.
Might as well hand this company over to the architects who are engineering its fall.
Wont even bother mentioning names.
When a man with experience (them) meets a man with money (most share holders) the man with the experience get the money, and the man with the money gets some experience!! I have just written my small shareholding to zero!
Would not be as bearish! The Rights Issue was essential BUT not a 4:1 issue. It simply flooded the market with shares!
I you believe that AML is bankrupt then the same can be said to IAG with its planes on the tarmac, staff furloughed and debt of over 5bn when last checked.
Anyway the cash is in and losses are being controlled as best possible. There will be no further tin rattle in this case!
Good man Willie. Its been almost a year that you were forced to sell over 700,000 shares at over 5 pounds to meet personal liabilities. Saw this all before over 35 years and its a BAD SIGN! Timing was great in this case though!! Take another Irish/Swiss company Aryzta - there the CEO was building a very expensive house and the bank FORCED him to sell shares at 45 Euro each. Now the CEO has since legged it and the shares are currently 40 cents!! A fall of over 99%.
Fund Raising uses:General Admin/Licencing/Placing Costs........
Use of Proceeds
It is anticipated that the proceeds of the Fundraising will be used principally to provide general working capital for the business to cover general administration, licencing and Placing costs, until April 2021. In the event that the amount raised
pursuant to the Fundraising is increased as a result of excess demand, this will provide the Company with additional working capital which will take it beyond this date and ensure greater financial flexibility.
Just in time to pay redundancies !
What a joke this company is.
