This company is all about Market cap (valuation) rather than focussing on share price. Yes I know both are linked BUT.....
This is really a 3Bn-4Bn company in reality - the dividends will return.
Hi Richard,
Boring old Walgreen Boots! Whatever you say about the yanks they will always give you a good premium! Bohoo- no thanks to their bloated paper! There is definitely an Atlantic scent on these price movements today. Happy Thursday tomorrow!!
Walgreen Boots - takeover at 20p per share. Thats what I think.
This share is very cheap! Either a regrading or most likely a takeover watching the share price movement!
You would not be surprised, I know that, what companies would do in a crisis!
You would not believe what people would do in a crisis!
The CEO of this company, in a personal domestic crisis, had to sell a large traunch of his shares in IAG at over 5 pounds each over the past 18 months. Lucky for him in such a crisis!!! He would have none left at todays price and a RI on top of that!!Nobody needs the 'All about Timing' or 'Lucky General' lectures!
Waste of time here.!
When I heard that Tony was given the 460K redundancy I hung up my cap on this company!

You will NOT find this company suspending its dividend or being SHORTED.
For that reason it was a good investment from Day 1 except we failed to see it.
The rest of the market is a shambles! Take Whitbred for example-We want our money back ! from shareholders in their recent rights issue proposal. The LSE will never have a Right issue- either taken out or use own shares to merge!
This is the biggest WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK in investing history!Avoid the right and wait for 5 pounds! Why not!
We shareholders will continue to get kicked in the nuts here. All evidence including that crazy 4:1 RI points to a buyout here but at small money. As I said before why was the RI 1:1 at 1.20 instead of 4:1 at 30p ? The last time there was a flood of shares as big as this, Noah had to build an Ark. Except in this case the flood was man made and deliberate!
Most reasonable people agree that IAG will survive ok and will be a great company post Covid-19.
But its all about how low will it fall now. I am firmly in the 80p camp. Thats the price I will be comfortable buying at taking all into consideration! If it does not reach 80p then I Will not buy. Simple as that.
