RE: Going down but why?9 Jul 2025 14:31
TBH I’m not sure why things are so bad Coblerman , I can only offer a suggestion , 1 , way overheated @ 411 a few months ago , 2 obviously they are down playing the £300 million cyberloss prob closer 500 million if you include costs ,3 increase in employers nationally NIC a amounting to a true 12% in real terms , 4 increase in the minimum wage , 5 all the big boys snapping at their heels not just Aldi, Lidl as ms shoppers don’t go there but Waitrose , Sainsbury, Tesco , 5 M&S now maxed out on food price trying to recoup losses ,I did a comparison on Lamb, Bacon , Steaks , cod 17% higher ! than their nearest rival , 6 on the clothing they will have millions of overbought summer stock cause they order 6 months in advance that will be sold at massive 70% off .. I too am patient looking to invest but I’ll say this nowhere near today’s price better to come , hope this might be of some help GL but do your own research do not take my word for it.
PS keep in mind a cyber loss off 500 million on the balance sheet for 25/26 is about 60% of the anual profit you do the arithmetic
