Sharedog, seen this before, lack of news reduces volumes. We’re inevitably going to get some sells from the impatient and stressed sellers. Thankfully I have the patience to hold for the next bit of positive news, which hopefully won’t be long.

Last significant RNS was DeepSeekR1 three weeks ago, so due some news soon. Would love to add a few more at these prices to cut my average further, but no spare funds for a month (which will probably mean a decent RNS will drop in that time knowing my luck :)

When you say rollovers, can you explain the term for me, don't fully understand that one, always learning ;)

Topped up this week, now holding 1.7m shares. Managed to get my average down to 3.7p which I'm more than happy with given the potential upside of this one

Yes. I’ve noticed they are always in pairs for around the same amount with a marginally different SP. Could it be that a chunk of shares are just being matched as buys/sells and if so, who are they ? The plot thickens.

Another 4.8m shares from Friday. However, I can’t seem to pull up the trade history from Friday, otherwise might have an idea of whether they were buys or sells. Inclined to think sells though at that price. Such a mystery as we’ve had quite a few of these now in the last couple of weeks. Surely there must be a TR1 coming

Well let’s hope that Andyvxr is correct with his technicals. With some steady buying and anticipation building and private shareholders taking a position, not much of the 25% free float will be up for grabs when we get ‘that RNS’ which will hopefully re-rate this share with a new support point. Can’t be long now ….

James Brearley are an Investment Management and Stockbrokers firm. So I guess they are holding the shares on behalf of their clients.

They’re certainly changing hands Crober, sellers are allowing me to buy in nice and cheap and reduce my average buy in price. Lovely jubbly as Delboy would say ;)

Inclined to think they are both buys £170k worth, looking at the bid/offer on 4th Feb at time executed.

Both trades exactly the same amount of shares. Wired. Wish I knew what was going on :) :)

How odd then. I can see the TR1 on 23/8/2024 when Toro Consulting (owned by Bixby) disposed of the shares, but no TR1 for the charity, unless it’s listed somewhere else.

Hi Popeye. As I understand it the TR1 needs to be filed when a certain threshold is crossed. I’m just looking to see what that threshold is, anyone else know ?

What a gift to the charity this could end up being though and hopefully a sign of confidence that Bixby knows this will be a tremendous help to the charity.

I read a book once by one of the founders of St James’s Place, Mike Wilson, called ‘How to be Chief Executive of your own life’. A really good read. Mike Wilson was a really strong advocate for gifting

Looking at the historic RNS, on 21/8/2024 Bixby gifted 32,000,000 shares to Charitable Impact Foundation leaving him a holding of 63,550,000.

Then 3/10/2024 there was an RNS stating he had done the same again, leaving him with a holding of 31,550,000 shares.

So unless I’m reading it incorrectly, two gifts of 32m shares were made to charity. Fair play, this is small fry to Bixby, but aligns with his philanthropic mindset
