Difference between cumulative total and the number of buys/sells in the fundamentals. Perhaps we’ll see delayed trades pop up later

I’ve been out for the day, so not really seen the intraday movement, but what a great close at 25% up. Looks like we’re baking in a new baseline with the SP. If we can now build on this with further RNSs of contract wins and of course confirmation of commercial rollout then upward momentum can be maintained and may lead investors to hold on to their shares for longer.

I think what investors need to understand is that this is just one deal that has been signed out of what is going to be many, many more. So we can’t just look at the Starcruises deal in isolation when talking numbers. My expectation personally is that this will be the first of many RNSs to come with new contract wins……..and then the numbers really mount up

Er, how can you release accurate numbers when you have only just released the latest RC3.0. Are the board supposed to have superpowers and read the future ? The numbers will come.

Also, let us not confuse this placing, which has already been arranged with investors introduced by the broker, with a public placing. This placing will happen ‘off-book’, and will have been arranged between rc365 and the institutional investor before they are admitted to the market on Monday, they won’t show up as an ‘0n-market’ trade on Level 2. The transaction has already taken place.

So bring on Monday, the start of a new week and a step closer to the Commercial launch of RC3.0

There was talk on Friday of the large buy order being the product of forward selling of shares from the placing shares announced in the 10th June RNS.

Can I offer another view. That this trade was simply a large institutional algorithmic trade which took place over 10/11 June and got posted Friday. We don’t know that this was necessarily a forward sell, so I’m keeping an open mind.

I would be interested to hear the view of other investors who have more experience/knowledge than myself.

Not necessarily reece and I’m inclined to agree with roger. Placing is minimal and being used to continue to develop their proposition. The placing shares have already been bought, presumably by institutional investors which is an endorsement. Always bound to be some inertia around a placement, but in the scheme of things I for one am unphased. My bet is that we will see investors coming back to rc365 next week once we get Monday out of the way and I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see a little red dot Monday morning or at least later next week with an update. I have decided to park my additional investment until Monday morning and will jump in with the rest of the herd 🐑 😉
