Announced in the news today. Would be great for Cykel to tap into this, their Agents would be an ideal fit for what must be a huge recruitment pool in the Public Sector. Let's face it, Labour need to try and boost growth and drive efficiency desperately !

I've taken the time to re-read the 4th December update this morning (and boy you need some time with a coffee as it's very in-depth). For and investor like myself , who has only a relatively basic knowledge of IT and the emerging AI world, it is a fascinating read and I would strongly encourage anyone who hasn't read it to do so. What a fantastic opportunity Cykel have going forward, with some real exponential growth potential. If as we suspect there have been some big positions building on this one, this could really take off with the next cathartic RNS, as a big chunk of the free float pool may have been locked in and not up for grabs ! All IMO of course, but I think the signs have been there over the last few weeks with some big buys.

Wonder if the sale and capital raised by Jonathan Bixby in the news article today will be used for the benefit of Cykel AI in any way ?

With that and better broker sentiment this one I'm sure will lift towards a new upward trend and break the £10 mark again once the shake is over

John I do agree there, buy and forget for a bit. Like you I suspect, I have no good words for the Chancellor and her 'budget for growth' - completely out of touch with reality I'd say. Wetherspoons will weather this storm though and they have a good man at the helm. Prices will inevitably have to rise, but then so will everyone else's in the trade and it's all relative. I'm embarrassed to say that I don't know what the price of the average pint is (just like I don't know what the price of a pint of milk is) so I will pay what needs to be paid to keep the pubs going, but I'm very aware that my ignorance is not universal the price increases may reduce footfall. Mr Martin is a true businessman though and I have faith that he will steer the company in the direction it needs to go to thrive and remain profitable for all.

I mirror others on here with a more positive take for the future. I too have been in to a few Wetherspoons establishments over the last couple of months and business appears to be very brisk. The post Christmas trading update should be interesting.

We need a positive RNS

Digital workers are the way to go for companies and will be in high demand going forward. They don’t throw sickies and you don’t have to set up a pension for them or pay Employers’ NI. I’m getting very excited for this one. GLA

Hopefully this will continue with the more optimistic broker ratings and re-entry to the FTSE100 in 10 days time

Yes, even though the free float is 80%+ there are folks loading up with the increased interest in this great share, so when we do get some good news there may be limited supply which should let the SP take off
