Chilli, two great presentations there and I do love the second interview with John Byrne, a man who knows a thing or two about Gold mining !

The deal being presented to the creditors sounds like a no-brainier and he seems confident that they will agree to the deal.

Love the bit where he says that the tailings operation could be up and running within 6 months, with SIGNIFICANT revenue !

Nick, I know what you mean about the latter part of the first interview with Dan & Craig where he mentions trying to minimise any further dilution to shareholders. I feel they are VERY aware of the hit that shareholders took last year in trying to raise significant capital for these ventures. However, as painful as it was (and I raise my hand up and say that I wasn’t one of the ones that took a hit, as I came to the party after the big dilution) I do feel that the long term gains here could be stratospheric for investors who stay for the duration of the journey (and I’m just talking about the Gold play here without even taking into account all of Met1’s other investments).

I remain frustrated but hopeful. The world and his wife out there know this project is needed, especially in light of recent events in the Middle East. What keeps me hopeful is that if consent was not going to be given, I think we would have heard by now. Possibly tweaks have been asked for to sign off…keep the faith all

All down IMO to the speculative aquisitions last year, mainly Norway but also US Uranium and then market hype, followed by the massive dilution from the warrants. Left a lot of investors bruised and led to a loss of faith, which now needs to be slowly rebuilt. There are no more warrants so hopefully, with a better strategy we’ll see investors come back. It’s the old adage of ‘actions speak louder than words’ which is needed. My feeling is that we will see a turnaround, but it won’t happen overnight, and it’s why I’m personally invested.

Hi Nick. See RNS on 10th & 16th March re partial sales of interests in Fulcrum and Cleantech. Fulcrum is a Gold, Silver and Critical Minerals play and Cleantech is Lithium. I think they’re metals 🤔

Agree EB. I think a lot of investors will be keeping some powder dry for the moment that the regulatory consents and approvals are given…..then 🧨

Hold this thought…. Vantage holds numerous mining leases in the Barberton region of South Africa with a historical resource inventory of 4.5 million ounces of gold. At a current gold price of circa £3,300 per ounce, that is £14.8bn of gold !! Staggering

Andy, great post, investors are sleeping on this one, the time to invest is now, not when the price shoots up (which unfortunately is just human nature).
