Rich, this is easily a £1 share, just with their Gold play, but it won’t happen overnight, I see this as probably a 24-36 month target for me.

All IMO though, investors should do their own research and play their own hand. Fortune favours the brave….

What a fantastic interview with Dan and the CEO of LBR. Love the bit where Dan states that with 2m ounces of gold at Barbrook, there is potential for a nice re-rate of the Met1 share price. Let us just remind ourselves what 2m ounces odd gold is worth - £7.14bn. If we take our 50% stake option that is £3.5bn to Met1 (less costs of mining of course). To put things into perspective we currently have a market cap of £18m. That is one huge re-rate in the Met1 share price if all goes to plan and is one of the reasons I keep adding to my holding. This could well be a multi multi bagger in the making and this is only one of their investments !

Let us not forget also that we had the recent subscription to raise £1.5m of funds at a price of 2p per share, representing a premium of 8.16% to the closing price on 31 March 2026. That speaks volumes to me 💪

Very odd day today trading wise, I really thought we may have had a more positive reaction to the creditors meeting. I suppose the paragraph in the RNS about there being no guarantee that the deal goes through probably spooks some people.

Just the news we were waiting for. MIMCO adjourned until early next month, but hopefully that will pass too.

Looks like we also have the funding from a confidential offer on the table for the additional capital needed too.

Only caveat are possible legal proceedings hanging in the background, however it does state that “The Company understands that LBR has taken legal advice in relation to the Legal Proceedings and has been advised that the pending matters are without merit” which sounds positive, but should be noted.

Hopefully see some buying today now as things begin to take shape and move forward 👍

Agree Chilli, if the vote is successful I would expect to see the SP back above 2p again.

Let us not forget that we are far from a one trick pony too with many other investments which have been relatively quiet sitting in the background. If we were to get multiple positive events trigger then a SP re-rate is not out of the question IMO

If Thursday’s rescheduled creditors’ meeting goes well and we get the green light I think we could see some decent buying at the end of the week. Met1’s gold play is a big deal.
