Hi Chilli. Can you explain what you mean by a ‘clip pattern’, I haven’t heard that expression before. Just want to understand what you mean by the ‘33k clip pattern’.

Wow! Just got back in and seen this RNS. The jigsaw pieces are all coming together and great to see a premium fund raise. 49.9% interest will be a great opportunity for Met1 shareholders. Just need the 9th April creditor approval now and we’re all systems go for the next move. Keep the faith folks, this is all coming together nicely.

I would add that if indeed we do get a favourable outcome at the creditors meeting, then we could see the start of some decent interest and investment in Met1 starting to flow in, as let’s face it, there’s been a lot of inertia with the SP over recent weeks

Hi Chilli. Thanks as always for your in-depth reply. There is so much going on here and I agree, the inclusion of the cogeneration plant is very interesting and could provide some welcome revenue in itself and demonstrates that LBR and it’s partners have a very clear understanding and the ability to tie everything together and benefit multiple stakeholders.

Let’s keep everything crossed and hope that the creditors meeting next week has a favourable outcome.

Morning Chilli. That announcement came out last May. Just wondering why you’re flagging it up now ? Unless you’re thinking that with Mr Moulton’s positions across EV and Met1 that EV may become interested in the South African Gold play (with possible funding). Would like to hear where you’re heading with your thoughts

Thought we might have had an RNS today regarding the remaining CTL share disposal ? Odd day really, if you were to believe the Fundamentals, it looks like there were more sells than buys today. I think it’s all smoke and mirrors as usual.

Nice update on LBR, we are now 30% owners after the CLN conversion 👍

“We are pleased to secure our 30% ownership of LBR on favourable terms upon the initiation of its strategy to create a vertically integrated South Africa gold business. For an investment of US$1.8 million, Metals One will own a 30% interest in a Plant which would otherwise cost US$39.6 million to build - with a cost of just US$4.5 million to put it back into operation as a low-cost provider. The next step is to cement LBR's plan to acquire the Vantage Goldfields assets in the Barberton region with a historical resource inventory of 4.5 million ounces of gold*, a central metallurgical complex and extensive underground development “.

Agree Chilli. I’m really surprised that we’re not seeing more buying at the moment to be honest, there’s so much going on in the background. We only need one really bit of good news and these share levels will be history. I’m tucking as may away at these prices as I can afford.

Yes Pollywold, I think you’re right there. They had 5,850,000 shares left after the last recent partial sale, so that just about tallies up with the huge sell that went through this afternoon on CTL. Great profit, just need it confirming with an RNS from Met1. I’m guessing they are lining funds up for their Gold play. The less they have to ask shareholders for the better !

Let’s hope the Creditor meeting on 9th April goes well, several major creditors have apparently indicated support.

The Vantage Case Details was a long read over breakfast, I had to refill my coffee !

“Fully funded binding transaction” and “clear milestones” hopefully give the LBR offer a clear advantage. The BRP needs to allow the creditors to hear our offer. Remaining optimistic, this is a big deal for Met1

Well the SP nearly touched 50p last May on hype Bowlers, so there’s a great possibility we will indeed get 20p if we get some substance and some revenue

Great. I’m going to pin my colours to the mast and say 10p by the end of the year 💪. I think if we get traction on their Gold play in SA we could see some decent investment some back into Met1. Let’s hope that they avoid warrants this time.
